The waiting was to have been over long ago but the powers that be shifted all of that--one more time. Their ability to shift has been curtailed and the machinations are moving things albeit, very much slower than any of us had wanted. I am clear that I have said all that I can.

There is nothing new to report except that the prosperity programs and the attendant other programs are beyond any comprehension size wise and therefore, why would we be anything less than appreciative for the effort being put forth. What would life have been like without this event? Think about that. Go back to what it was like before you even knew anything about this? What would that mean for you today? Think about that. In the timing is everything and they do know what they are doing. The dragon family is aware and the others in europe are just as aware.

The feelings you are having are those of human ego and are natural. But for the sake of the society that will change and be better for them, hold your horses. This is not about you anyway. You seem to think that it is. No, it is about a shift in the thinking and in the mindset of people who will do what is best for their fellow man. How will that happen? That has been worked on behind the funny stage (scenes) for several years. Tried, explored, scrutinized and once more back to the drafting table. No reason not to trust that they know what they are doing.

It has indeed started, and all systems are on a hair trigger now to perform the reset and get us all breathing again.

The blackmail sequence of the Syrian conflict seems to be unraveling with many intelligence sources reporting on the true reality of the chemical attack. Seems that a few rockets would have killed more people, but there is nothing like a good old chemical attack to raise the hackles of the world and provide a landscape for war.

Now, who would want another war?

If a war happens, then the global settlements could be delayed, as well as the historic bond redemptions, the EV of the Dinar and Dong, etc.

So who would want a war?

Rest assured that the powers that are in charge now do not want a war. They will intervene as necessary I am told. Humanity must be allowed to evolve and fulfill its destiny, and this is the “prime directive” at the moment.

The september 3-5 start date has come, and it has started. the coming week, I think Wednesday is the target here, will see announcements and release of funds for the redemptions.

Washington is all prepped to get things underway with the other governments, and it should be a pretty good start for all of us waiting in the wings.

One very good question that came in is of interest here.

Zap, is the debt the Federal Reserve owes that has to be repaid in gold about to be called? I've heard that it will immediately bankrupt the Fed and is necessary to trigger Reset. Thanks

It is not necessary to bankrupt the FED to get the reset done. Even if the debt is called, there is ample gold in numerous caches in the USA to support the debt payout. Few know of these caches and the reality of the debt structure.  [Interesting comment...the CAFR accounts?  What happened to all the talk of the FED being closed down and the UST taking over?]

There is very little I can say at the moment, as the next 3 days will see the unfoldment of all that we have labored for. Thank you all for your hard work and tenacity.

Greetings and Salutations

The Syrian situation is a hotbed of horrid conflict. Once again the drama is taking the focus away from where it needs to be. When things get too hot to handle the good ol' guvferment folk create ways to take the focus away from what needs to be stretched and reviewed as truth, as real leading to more drama. We already know how to hold for higher outcomes, so lets do it.

Things are moving right along, steadily, as they have been for some time. The pieces on the chess board are always being moved around and that brings on more checks and continued attempts to balance the play of one set of potentials against another. That has been the name of this game for many years. A project like this which now will touch into the hearts of over three hundred thousand people has become far reaching and has taken an enormous amount of time but rest assured it will be worth it.

Remind yourself that we signed on for this game and said we would do our part. Now, right now, it is time to do one's part; cut the chatter and hold to the higher understanding that you already have otherwise you would not be here at this time. We tend toward playing short sighted but no one in this program can be that. You are on the list because you have a compassionate heart. Remember daily and clearly that the players in this monopoly game are not two bit. They play for keeps. Mine and your job is to be holding a space for Those who have been labeled 'white knights' and who barter with power And the Money knowing the rudiments of the game realizing they too are playing for keeps. Hi All

This is the week that all changes, and humanity will breathe.

Last week I said that this is it. No more dress rehearsal. Expo is over…..and it is. Now begins the next part of the reset process, the actual reset itself.

Expect many changes.

The time/date of this new beginning has been set at September 3 and 4. At this time, the redemption funds for the historic assets will be released. The global gold settlements will occur. The RV will be announced and Basel III will be installed.



That’s it.

There have been so many that have battled the good battle to bring information to all of us. one that stands out is the “goat” at hyperlink "http://tntdinar.com/". Selfless and well connected, she has managed to get good information out to all of us. Well done and thank you. She is part of a few that had the guts to put it out there at peril.

Then of course there is Casper, Nancy, Benjamin, and a bunch of others that have tried to provide good information as well. It is truly a difficult thing to do, and any effort to do so is to be admired and respected by us.

Questions that have come in are pretty well the same, but some are with a different insight, such as:

Would really appreciate some insight on this "sirratatap" and comments that dismiss the idea of there being REAL BONDS in the works. moreover, they are claiming that the royal imperial oriental "family" has backed out of the GLOBAL RESET process and the cabal is still moving towards a total bank collapse. Is this even possibly real?

This is of course a legitimate concern, but rest assured, the historic bonds are quite real. The Chinese put these bonds out a hundred years ago, just like Mexico, Germany, Russia, USA, etc. They are truly pieces of wallpaper (most of them) but they still carry some liability. Instead of sweeping that under the rug, the chinese family has decided to honor the debt and redeem the historic assets.

This is a right honorable thing they are doing. The value is determined by them and the world agencies having jurisdiction. Once a value is placed on the bond, it becomes valuable. There have already been preliminary sales of these assets, and people have received payment, but the big push is coming this week only.

Obama has agreed to the tax structure with the chinese family, and the USA will realize a great influx of funds for infrastructure development. That means jobs. This is a good thing. The family has not, repeat, has not backed out of the global reset. They are the ones that initiated it for the benefit of our humanity. That was the big plan formulated long ago when the chinese family was made the keeper of the matrix wealth of our humanity. They could keep secrets, and were/are honorable.

This week, there is precious little information I can give out because of the proximity of world events that are about to unfold, so I apologize, but this process can not be compromised in any manner at this time. speculation is over, and we are about to see results.

It will be interesting to see how the RV will come out and provide the first indication of the reset that is underway.

The thing in Syria. Hmmmmmm. I know some things, but do not wish to be a target. Suffice to say it sure looks like a false flag situation, and war is required to divert attention from other things.

What if the Syrian government side had a rogue element that sent one of these chemical things over at this time to provoke the expected result. Especially at this time of global restructuring.

That would work well in the cabal’s favor right? We have seen such things before.

I truly wish I could open my mouth and scream out the details and give comfort. So with that, I must go and attend to the purple pigs as they are preparing for their solos.

Zap's take on the RV below... -Bill

Time to wake up! Many of you may have taken a nap the last few weeks as it appeared that nothing very interesting was traveling through the grapevine. At least that we could hear or see. Well, how about the NASDAQ shutdown last week which bleed over into the NYSE and many other global exchanges. I'm sure there will be an investigation to find out what happened. But will the public really "know the whole truth and nothing but the truth?" In time maybe they will. However, you are about to find out the real truth from, ZAP and friends, about the NASDAQ shutdown and the chronology of events leading up to present day.

Remember the Global Currency Reset, GCR, which is now underway is the culmination of many talented people from across the globe working around the clock for 20+ years to bring us to where we are today! So stop all of the grumbling and complaining and thank your lucky stars that they are finally ready to launch the planet into a new era of prosperity and that we are alive and well enough to be participating in this once in a 1000 years event! WOW!!!!

One of the not-so-surprising hold-outs was wells fargo. Go figure that the settlement bank got greedy. Really shocking right?

Just like Obama finally striking a deal with the Chinese over the tax he was going to charge. He got his way. He is going to tax at 50%.

But regardless of the machinations, we are at the point where all will happen now. Hopefully before September 1 (the goal).

The FOREX system and the other back line systems are all in place. the shutting down of the exchanges was to install and test the systems we are going to be using in the future. No surprise there, and it was expected.



Another insider has provided good insight as below, and for the most part, it is accurate enough for me to include it here in its entirety. Hats off to him for stepping up like this.

Let's begin by going back to June 27th when the UN lifted the sanctions on Iraq and Chapter VII was signed off. There was strong expectation that we would see the release of the IQD, along with the Global Currency Reset, and behind-the-scenes intel said that things were moving forward for the imminent release. We learned that the Iraqi Stock Exchange (ISX) was integrated into Nasdaq on July 1.

We had reliable release date information that came from credible sources actually involved in the process, and yet those dates came and went without any visible change.

We learned of multiple efforts to load the FOREX screens along with the administrative FX bank screens and had reports from officials within WF and Chase that they could see the new rates on their screens; and yet we saw no RV or GCR.

On July 23rd, we had confirmed eyewitness reports that Dr. Shabibi signed off on the new rate for the IQD/IQN and sent his paperwork to the UNSC. On July 24th, Ban Ki Moon signed off on that same paperwork and the following day, July 25th, rang the closing bell on the NYSE and at the same time introduced the president of Euronext.

The president of Euronext welcomed Iraq and four other ME countries into the Stock Exchanges. Everything seemed to be set for the immediate release of the IQD/IQN and the GCR.

Now we come to August 1st. The IQD ceased to trade on FOREX and flatlined. We learned that it had now officially become the IQN, marking what should have announced the Dinar's move to the newly revalued rate.

Still we saw nothing on FOREX and bank screens continued to display the old rates. I began to hear rumblings in the background that Wells Fargo was behind the delays. Because WF had been assigned the lead role in the GCR, I frankly dismissed the reports as bad rumors and pooh-poohed them.

Turns out I was wrong. We could have seen the RV on July 25, and should have seen it no later than August 1 when the IQD became the IQN.

However, as I have learned, WF's management (or at least a significant portion of it) was holding out for a larger spread after they had already agreed many months before to the fee structure in a meeting with the Secretary of the Treasury and the Managing Director of the IMF.

It has been reported by another blogger (whose name I will omit in this report) that because of WF's significant IT department, they were given the lead role in that same meeting to initiate the GCR.

That brings us to yesterday.

We had been hearing multiple and credible reports of Christine Lagarde's frustration over the delays, and a report was issued which indicated that she was at the end of her patience with WF. According to intel provided to us, Jack Lew stepped into the picture and met with WF's management.

They were advised to "stick with the agreed-upon fee structure" or WF would not be permitted to continue in its role as lead bank.

I'm told that the threat even included WF's removal from the exchange process. A threat like that would have meant the loss of multiplied billions of dollars in revenue to the bank. Wells Fargo quickly capitulated.
Now, let me change horses in the middle of the stream for just a bit.

For those of you who don't understand the makeup of the IMF it basically works like this. 24 Executive Directors make up Executive Board. The Executive Directors represent all 188 member-countries.

Countries with large economies have their own Executive Director, but most countries are grouped in constituencies representing four or more countries. Eight countries each appoint an Executive Director: the United States, Japan, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, China, the Russian Federation, and Saudi Arabia.

The remaining 16 Directors represent constituencies consisting of 4 to 22 countries. Christine Lagarde, as you all know, is the Managing Director of the IMF.

The way I understand the inner workings of the Executive Board, the aforementioned eight countries with their individual Executive Directors form the final authority.

When there is a major event to take place, such as the GCR, each of them has a coded "Key Card" with an electronic code which is transmitted to some unspecified central computer.

Each of them must "swipe" their card in order to activate an agreed-upon event. As long as the testing of the system has gone on, each of the eight countries has swiped their cards without hesitation.

However, as we have approached the completion of the testing phases and prepared for the final implementation, China has been the lone holdout in this process, objecting to WF's press for a higher fee structure.

China finally reached the end of their frustration and filed a lawsuit against WF's management. This was the point at which Jack Lew intervened. Once WF's management team capitulated, China swiped their card and things began to move yesterday.

Today, in televised interviews given on both FOX Business News and Bloomberg News at the Jackson Hole Conference, Christine Lagarde made it clear that "The banking system needs to be unclogged, and liquidity as well as "instruments" need to move fluidly throughout the system, which has not been the case."

Just prior to her television interviews she said the following as part of a prepared speech to the entire symposium, "Global policymakers—all policymakers, within countries and across countries—have a responsibility to take the full range of actions needed to restore stability and growth, and to reduce imbalances."

Got the picture? Think she means it?

Now, let's get back to where we were before we changed horses.

Once the decision was made to press forward with the GCR, the process began and the trigger was pulled. Ooopssss!!!! Somebody forgot that no tests had been run using the Nasdaq Exchange.

The Security Information Processor (SIP) had never been reprogrammed to allow for changes as massive as this. You understand that the SIP was designed to deal with stock movements within a given trading period.

Maximum increases and Maximum losses are set for the various stocks as a percentage of their value, along with actual dollar fluctuations. The SIP was never programmed to deal with the kind of changes that would come along when the value of the currencies being used for trade suddenly changed -- in some cases by more than a thousand percent!

The SIP was programmed to reset itself after a thirty-minute wait to allow trading to resume. Normally this processor would stop certain trades with certain stocks or funds -- not shut down the whole exchange.

When all of the new numbers were pushed into the system, the SIP crashed. It reset itself and then crashed again.....and again.....and again -- six times!

Apparently it took that much time for some brilliant IT guy to figure out that the parameters had to be reset. And that process has been ongoing since. (ZAP: He was finally listened to)

Yesterday's Nasdaq activity, however, was not without other consequences -- and interesting activity otherwise! When the Nasdaq went down, the ISX went with it. Six minutes later, the NYSE went down, followed by the Toronto Stock Exchange. That was followed by other exchanges in other countries. The other exchanges did not stay down for long, having the ability to disconnect from Nasdaq and restore their own trading.

Here's the peculiar -- and verrrry interrrresting -- thing that took place on FOREX during this Nasdaq outage! The IQN, the VND and the IDR all moved suddenly. They rose together, mirroring each other's movements and spreads, then sank together..

As the FOREX team noted, "this was manipulation! Somebody was trying to force these currencies to a whole new level." In truth, it was a reflection of the effort to move the GCR along to its conclusion. (ZAP: actually just the test of the new system, then they closed down the links after the successful test so nobody could monkey with the new system – very wise)

There is a whole lot more information I could share but this is a good place to leave it. Let me end this post by saying that our intel from the IMF and the UN is telling us that they want this thing finished no later than September 1.

That's the end of next week. That doesn't mean they will wait until September 1 to implement the GCR. In fact, the evidence suggests that they will continue to work at this until every single programming parameter has been resolved.

If they push this thing through over the weekend, you won't get to do much in the way of exchange before Tuesday.

Don't forget the Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday international banking rule. No major movements of funds take place on Monday or Friday. Friday is bank tabulation day for the week's business. Monday is audit day. New business is conducted on Tuesday through Thursday when it affects the global economy.

Hope this little discussion will be of help to all of you and help you understand the magnitude of what is taking place. The RV is not a local event: it is global!

So there you go. makes good common sense right?

All is in place, especially at the china family level. All is moving forward and nothing, but nothing, will be allowed to stand in the way of the change. we have waited long for this event, and as I previously said, many have given their lives for all of us to make all this happen. Reflect on the magnitude of their sacrifice. It is very real.

When I said the boys and girls of the armed forces and agencies have given their lives for this, and must be honored, reflect on this again.

Also remember that the armed forces are responsible for the protection of the constitution. Not the corporate constitution (that one is illegal), but the original organic constitution. That’s why they gave their lives in the service of protection of this magnificent work.

There will be charges of treason amongst others that will be leveled against the perpetrators of the destruction of the organic constitution and the subjugation of our humanity, and when that happens, and the truth comes out, please find in your heart enough to entertain forgiveness. This is important since we are all one, and if one of us falls off the path, and then asks for forgiveness, who are we to say no to ourselves?

Would we? Some will want to….inevitable. But that is not the right path in my opinion, just a path. It is based on fear, which comes from anger and that of course leads to the dark side.

(remember this is a planet of free will).

Do we want to start humanity’s new path with “kill the #####” ?

Would be sad if we did that. it would be distasteful to me personally, and I would grieve that we have not learned that lesson enough.

So, consider forgiveness when the time comes. It is a very important consideration, and it is of God. Jesus did that one, and set a pretty extreme example, but nevertheless, that is what it was and that example should be enough of a lesson. Why go through a crucifixion again….one is enough I would think.

So, we will have a whole bunch of multi millionaires. now what. well, I covered the “lottery mentality” in previous discussions, so go back and take another look at that – it is important.

With all this money out on the street level, our economies will be kick started back up again as the reconstruction projects begin.

Now this is where the project funding will kick in, and as I said last week, the staff is being increased and the programing of the software and integration thereof into the web for project governance and compliance and tracking is being done. The software guy that is handling it is absolutely magnificent in his mapping out of the steps required, and getting that whole part done properly. He is to be commended on his great work. thanks Mr. X. much appreciated beyond words.

So give it another few weeks or so for the website to become active, and project fundings will begin as soon as humanly possible. If it takes a bit longer, relax. enjoy the last time of “lack”. It will never happen again in this lifetime. We will have abundance and prosperity as foretold.

And our kids win.

Oh yes, the purple pigs are testing out short flights, and their flying skills are getting real good. i think they are ready for long term solos now.

Does not mean to throw your funds around; contribute toward a society that is appreciative of money. No, money is not evil; greed is. Greedy folk are misery making folks.

We have definitely entered another round of "Rumor Du'Jour, Funny Season". It's very important to keep your feet planted firmly on the ground. If you are paying attention many of these rumors appearing as FACT re-surface about every 3 months and this has been part of the ever-ending story for at least the last 12 years give or take. Remember the meaning of FEAR...False Evidence Appearing Real. Discernment is a mandate in this time of change. Don't take any wooden nickels.

The shark's are certainly searching for "Chum" out in the waters of the internet. Prosperity Programs have been closed for years. Be cautious and discreet with what you are willing to be bitten by. All those that have attached their energy to one or many of these programs will receive their promised returns. There will be other opportunities in the future but not until all the changes have been put into place.

Oh boy. much talk out there. and even the grand disinformation guys have no choice but to mix a greater amount of truth into their rants.

In respect of the Dinar RV…There is talk that china does not want it to happen. why wouldn’t they? They bought a container load in preparation of buying iraq oil on the cheap. why would they buy cheap oil when their reserves are so huge? Because they want to use all that is available out there, and when others run out, they still have theirs, and will be able to sell for premium. Typical Chinese method of doing business. it has worked for many years. common sense right?

When will it happen? It could happen tonight for all I know. Remember I do not play in the Dinar arena, but do get interesting information directly.

This came to me the other night in respect of both the redemption of the historic assets and the RV: We have been told, the signatory for the buyer will be sending out contracts September 5th to the owners of the bonds (historic assets). That is only 2 short weeks away.

The bank software new system is up and running. This information was received on Monday. They are referring to the weekend, in regards to the computer system. (ZAP: this is in keeping with my knowledge of the elders flying in to Beijing last week to receive their rewards, and getting their heritage accounts unlocked and usable – they celebrated a long while).

Note: the main reason for doing this first, is of course there is less money being moved for the Dinar than will be moved and as you are able to see the previous system would not support' the currency re-evaluation.

This is not about one seller. We will have changed the world. These bonds are being purchased to fund international projects in third world nations. the owners will be extremely happy once we are able to assist them sell their bonds.

I do know that many of you are frustrated with the timelines. The complexity of this entire program is difficult, at best, as there are so many pieces to the puzzle that must be in place. Like aquarius "aligning the stars."

Understand this is the largest financial program in the history of the world and, it will never be repeated. we are making history, which starts with bonds. the 20% funds for the humanitarian factor alone, is mind-boggling.

All bonds, have been dormant since they were printed. some over 200 years ago. Now someone wants to pay an ungodly amount of money for bond(s), and it took 7 years of planning for what is about to unfold in front of our eyes.

Bonds can be likened to a good bottle of fine aged wine. the only difference, is approximately $40 B[illion] USD per bottle, which is roughly the average price per bond, to include all bonds. some are worth up in the trillions of dollars. 

Wells Fargo, by the way, has no money for these things. They rely on the Chinese family to supply them with the money for the RV and for other things. [Of course they do, HSBC owns 51% of Wells Fargo! HSBC also owns the SWIFT money transfer system and the software company that provides turnkey SWIFT tools for banks and corporation payment systems. So bonds are being done now, and that is actually the real start of the global reset. Once they begin, the global gold settlements can be done, the RV announced (as it is based on metal) (common sense again), and then the wonderful global protocol of metal backed currency (Basel III) can be installed. Anybody that disagrees with this sequence has a crystal ball of a type i am unfamiliar with.

By the way, i asked about the dinar being fiat or metal backed. It is metal backed. Iraq has tremendous gold reserves besides black gold. so the question is answered. If I remember right, there are about 0.3 grams of gold backing each dinar (sorry but forgot the denomination of that figure).

Also know one very important thing. Back prior to WW II, 7 US battleships took about 80% of China’s gold to the US under a 50 year contract (hmmm…..before the war they did this…was the war then planned?). This gold today is worth about 7 million trillion (not my figures). How can currency be fiat? Answer: It can not be. You can print us dollars all day long, and they are still metal back[ed] (in behind). So when the US treasury note comes out, it will just be exchanged for the new metal back[ed] UST note. The only people that will lose out on that exchange are the drug cartel money guys who will have to somehow launder their US FED notes to UST notes, and the cabal members with their ‘illions of stolen money. And speaking about cartels, their bank balances are being foreclosed on, just like it was foretold. some upstairs gremlins are going into select accounts of the robbers of our freedoms and doing the deed. Poof goes the account. One by one, they are being found out, and taken out. The power of the robbers is being systematically destroyed by taking away their ill gotten gains. Really nice and neat.

In the meantime, certain high ranking officials and politicians are on a short leash until the formal charges are brought against them. Again this circumstance is as per previous reports on this event that would happen at some point. We have been hearing about the grand plan of taking out these criminals that have stolen and defrauded our humanity for ages, and it is all about to come forward with the oft reported mass arrests coming. Maybe it will start with a very visible past president who has become sorta invisible with travel severely curtailed to the confines of his backyard. No more Camp David for him.

But put this on your back burner until the first week of September when certain events are scheduled to come about, and massive funds begin to flow out to our humanity for the coming reconstruction projects. Oh yes, on the project side, a few more weeks until the software is integrated into the website to handle the projects that have come in, and the projects that will be coming in. Be patient.

One thing that remains predominant here is that the Chinese royal family is behind all of these matters. [Yep! But they are just another layer of brokers and proxies for those higher on the food chain "upstairs" and off world] They are the ones that are the keepers of our humanity’s wealth, and have been for centuries. [Nope, the value came from the people and belongs to the people] Uncle milton down the block with a mattress of money? No, it is coming from the grey screen. The USA or China or Russia or anybody else has nothing to do with keeping these balances other than approving the various sequences of trades to do the balancing act. It is the family. Because they are neutral in these political games of chance and counterpoint. By the way, where are all the good leaders that used to be around some time past? Have the replacement good leaders been shoved aside? Seems to be. Leaders are not elected now. They are appointed but the perception of a democratic election carries on to keep the peace, otherwise, there would be civil war. [another amazing admission!] They have the best interests of our humanity in their hearts, and have proven this time and again in my experience. The Global Reset is under way, nothing can stop it now! The reset is a process not just the flip of a switch. The RV is a part of it just as Basel III is a part along with the announcements and other pieces which make up the whole. Right now everyone is on pins and needles waiting for the 5 elders to swipe their cards in Reno. This is expected to happen at any moment now. When the card swipe happens we will see the RV kick in along with Basel III without delay. Then expect to see F&P anytime afterwards.

Remember when a few who write about the state of affairs have said that when the time comes there will be mass arrests as the truth comes out?

And that all the ill gotten gains will be confiscated directly from the cabal members’ accounts?

And that everybody would get funds to breathe?

And that the original constitution and the real United States of America would be back?

And that little annie and her dog muffy would walk the streets at night without fear?

Well, it is happening in stages. Unfortunately, not all proponents of the new systems are in agreement, and they too are trying to position themselves for maximum gain instead of plowing through the whole thing and just get it done and move on. To be expected.

However, despite the hiccups, it is all on track and will be done.

Keenan is one good example of tenacity. His work is good and in the right direction. He needs a bit of a helping hand getting over the hump, and that too is forthcoming shortly. Help is being provided now here and there where warranted, although overt help is a difficult thing to do at the moment as upstairs is waiting and watching what we all do with what we have first. [This just cracks me up! Yes "upstairs" is indeed waiting and watching!  All will be made known... We so love you guys!]

The RV is imminent by the way (as it always has been) but with some tiers already getting settlements (but not payouts yet), and having to swear allegiance to the “new” Republic of the United States of America, and signing gag orders, and giving bodily fluid samples, the timeline to that event is growing steadily shorter and shorter.


In my estimation (and I could be dead wrong), September will see first funds coming out for the historic asset redemptions, and the rv more or less at the same time. the rest of the relief will be forthcoming around then too as the F&P begin, and the programs begin to think about releasing the prosperity funds.

We are not far away now, so more patience please. Susan will be getting more information each day as it comes in.

So, the cleanup has begun, and the first order of business was to break the bank of the cabal. Many banks have already been contacted to audit the accounts of the cabal members, and freeze them out amongst other actions. This will effectively destroy their financial clout, and without money, it is difficult to finance the continued subjugation of our peoples.

The arrests are imminent as the justice system is pouring over all the nasty things that have been perpetrated, and charges are forthcoming. The Queen may find herself in the odd position of having to smite her own subjects in The Committee she heads up (the 300). [She is not amused! LOL!!!] Obama may indeed take that long vacation…but where to is the question as he has a choice.

The Omega and other programs will be spitting out money all over the place. Once the cleanup is done.

So let us assume again the cleanup is done, and you have money. What now. I spoke to this before remember? Having this kind of money is a great responsibility that you will have undertaken. The lottery mentality will surface, and everybody stands the chance of having their lives not only turned upside down, but losing what they get because they are not used to it, and have no clue how to handle the money part. [Like the banks do it better now?]

I could get into this again, but you get the idea. I will address this again when the time comes, but nuff said for now on that topic.

I wish I could say so much more, but there are so many sensitive things happening now, that I can not as that would indeed be dangerous for the participants.

I should be able to give some greater detail soon enough, but I have shared some internal things with Susan, so she knows a fair bit at the moment. She is responsible with this information, and knows what to say and what not to say at the moment.

Taking the stress off of one person's overwrought feelings is one thing but defining if they have a plan, a purpose, a set of goals, a way in which they are stepping up to help others, self valuing, self motivated, self guided--that's what has to be in place for money to be useful.

So let us talk about what you intend. Spend,spend, spend on self. And you will get the most unusual backlash of disorientation, confusion of purpose, feelings of a vacuum, guilt, depression, less motivation to challenge each new day; in short, saturation leads to lethargy and that leads to attempts to stimulate your desires to feel enlivened. Many important dates are included in today's update from ZAP. He was even kind enough to include some very important historical dates and information to help us better understand how we arrived at this point in history and where we are going from here.

Tomorrow, the global reset will begin. There is to be a series of announcements, amongst which is the RV of the dinar.

This ties in with the intense preparations that have been underway for most of the last months.



For those of you that understand numbers and the vibrations of those numbers, and the interrelationships between numbers, would probably understand when I say that the elders have always been mindful of numbers in their lives in respect of specific dates on which business may be considered being done according to lunar cycles, Feng Shui, or other systems that define their ways and paths.

For example, the number 8 is predominant as the symbol of prosperity/money/fortune. The number 9 is important as a number of finality and other profound meanings. For example, their master heritage accounts end with an “xxxxxx-888” suffix in HSBC. They do business preferably on the 1st of the 1st month, the 2nd of the 2nd month, the 3rd of the 3rd month, and so on.

They have lucky numbers, divine numbers, numbers that apparently mean nothing until you apply a key code to them, and all sorts of other number manipulations.

Well, the announcements are scheduled for August 4. Sorta an arbitrary number with no meaning, Right?

You may note that on august 4, 1790, was when the French revolution abolished the privileges of the nobles.

Moving on, the official redemption of the heritage assets has started, with preliminary contracts in the process of being issued for the redemptions. This will start putting a considerable amount of newly freed up cash on the streets. the first of many multi-millionaires shall be created.


IN RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS, I COMMENT AS FOLLOWS:

Is this the time line?.... RV now, then Global Reset which brings in Basel III now, followed by F&P paid out in the old system starting in August, then work the bugs out in August - September and finally convert over entirely to the new system October 1, now fully integrate the system in October, then PP paid out in November and early December?

The rest of your timeline is still speculation at this point, but that is more or less what is planned. good think through…it is after all common sense if all goes smoothly.

It seems we are riding a roller coaster expecting certain events to occur and then for some reason they don't and we start rolling down hill again waiting for some reason to go back up again. Case in point the RV and Basel III should have already occurred. From the information you're privy to can you provide some insight on when the RV and Basel III will occur?

Will the Dinar be paid out in the old system or in the new system?

Greetings and Salutations,

Recapping the week we find more and more people are hearing from news channels about the Fed and FDIC voting in Basel III which means a metals backed currency for the US and approximately 200 other countries around the world. This is a huge turning point for our planet. Also, with the beginning of the acceptance and implementation of the tariff treaties for the countries last week this will help clear the way for the beginning of the new financial system.

Hi All,

Well, the release that was scheduled to happen last week got delayed a bit. It is scheduled for next week, and if they can not agree in full, we will have no choice but to wait some more. Rumor out (based on timing of the summer break coming up) is 60 days or less for restart and release.
Now this sucks the big one. If it is to be, ok…but bottom line is that it will happen now whether next week, or in 2 months. Either one.

Assume it happens next week. What then? When it happens, the signal will be the signing of the global gold settlements. Then the RV of the dinar/dong. then the installation of the Basel III protocols (metal backed currency requirement).

Timing? Within a week or two I would say. Timing of F&P and the release of the PP returns? Again that is something I do not know, as my work is focused elsewhere in the global financial infrastructure on another level, but I do get to hear snippets of that side, and it may happen within the 1-2 week time frame is the best guesstimate I can make from my vantage point.

Wish I could be more precise, but please remember that my work is towards the current cleanup of historical issues as they would negatively impact the new system, and more importantly, the propagation of reconstruction projects.



My influence is small in world matters, but I do voice my thoughts and put forward suggestions in respect of what could work in certain instances to give a helping hand during the transition, and those thoughts are at times considered if valid, but that’s it. The decisions are made by the old man.
Talking about the old man, [he] is receiving many elders now and is in constant discussions, meetings, and general no sleep mode working out the final details of what is to come. Amazing amount of work is being done by the legions both upstairs and downstairs. The sheer energy of the focused intent of people is of great import, and timelines have shifted yet again. The geologic devastation that was to come is mitigated….the specter of war destroying populations at a single glance is gone…the release of weird science technologies has been approved and they will come out to our benefit sooner than expected…etc.

So overall, the stage is well set now more than ever for the global reset. Awareness of money problems when large amounts filter into your pocket are being really considered seriously now past the immediate “get a new car and blow a whole bunch partying for a bit” mindset (nice). Thoughts are shifting towards “what can I do to help (us)” considerations, and a general calm but high energy expectation is forming within for the time when it all transits from the old to the new (real nice).
Make no mistake….this energy is quite palpable and is making a great difference in the energy envelope around our mother.

By the way, on another shelf is this tidbit of information: the chemtrails and the disruptions in the atmosphere by HAARP have been sufficient to create a real barrier to certain energies outside that have been trying to flood us with the various rays of light to help increase consciousness. This is the play: dumb down everybody so they can not receive, much less send. Hence chemtrails, HAARP, fluoride, aspartame, the various pharma drugs like Ritalin, etc. All the tech that can affect the opening of the pineal has been tried, implemented, and vigorously defended as inconsequential and actually good for us. Ya right. Does Cheney sweeten with aspartame? After all, it is only a toxic by-product of acetylene manufacture (and really cheap until you put it into little paper envelopes with instructions of one packet=two teaspoons of sugar).

These and other things will be exposed in a short time now (faster if more strenuous noises are made), and our humanity can breathe and prosper. it is inevitable now, and many have prepared that path with their lives.

So, not really that much to impart other than 1) we are delayed, and 2) not by much.
in answer to questions:

What events have occurred this week to move us closer to F&P, PP?

None. the delay in the global release delayed it. However, it is only delayed by the time it takes to do the release, then it stays in the timeline accordingly from that point on.

Do you think the RV and Basel III will still be announced in July or do you think it will be further out?

It is very likely….but remember the potential of a 60 day or less delay.

How long will it take the banking world to implement these changes and make the public aware?
pretty well instantly, as the announcement will come out of the blue worldwide – it will be an event.
At this stage do world events, like the unrest in Egypt, Greece's financial problems and other such events interfere with the F&P, PP, payout process?

No. these items are pesky at best, but will be resolved on the announcement and installation of the Basel III protocols.

Could you please give us a few examples of how the new banking system will make our life easier?

7-11 will drop the price of a big gulp even more. The penny will disappear. Money will be much more attractive and easier to read what denomination it is. And widow Higgins will not beg on the street corner anymore for food money.

Immediate benefits include the stabilization of the currency markets, and inflation/deflation issues will be negligible again, amongst others. the price of goods and services will become manageable and in keeping with true values. More disposable income will be generated as taxes will drop.
Easier to move funds? Oh yes.

Easier to get loans? That too.

Easier to bank internationally? Yes again.

Will we still need safe banking and tax havens off shore?

Why? The system is designed for prosperity so trying to save as much tax as possible will no longer be a consuming passion, and eventually, these tax systems will disappear in time.

There always seems to be individuals or groups that want to spread fear among the populace and diminish the efforts of achievers or demean them is some way. How do you respond to these naysayers who may spread doubt and fear about the good you wish to accomplish with these worldwide projects you want to put into place?

Patience and faith in our humanity. They may try to do the fear mongering bit, but as with all such constructs rooted in bullshit, time dissipates them and exposes them for the vaporware they are. It has been a very hard and long road to get to this point of acceptance of all that is, and what it means in relation to itself, and the culmination of all the learning I have done is summed into the 6 phrases that define me, what I do, and why, and i end my letter to you each time this way:

God Is; I am; We are

The first phrase is self evident. The second phrase denotes your self and all you can do to make that self the best it can be through education, attainment of a higher consciousness level, helping the poor by giving what you can to the panhandler or charity, a masters degree, mopping a floor really well with excellent technique of the wrist, whatever makes you a better you. The third phrase completes the first two, and leads back to the first phrase – it is a loop. It is self fulfilling and teaches us the integration of us with all that is. We are, are we not?

So this taught me that when I talk to the rubby drinking ripple in a back alley, I am talking to myself…an individuated piece of divinity yes, but a piece of myself that is on another path, and I must respect that path and not force change, but offer suggestion only. Hence, leading by example, and not by dictating. Makes a big difference in the end, but you must have learned patience , understanding, and compassion to integrate this in. it is not an overnight thing to be sure, and some take a little bit to get it, and others many years, if at all. It is so simple, it is profoundly hard for some.

This gives the framework to me to put flesh on the skeleton. The second set of phrases describe the actions for the framework to perform.

Be good; Be legal; Tell truth.

The first phrase combines all that is possible of the light to be done for the highest good. the second set provides the constraints within which to do good. the third set allows clarity and transparency of action without fear. Telling truth is quite liberating. The integration of the combination of these three phrases defines how I do things.

Together, I get the top down view rooted in the bottom. it is the keeping of both feet firmly on the ground while keeping the head way up there. works well. You will find the things of God very simple, but profound.

Why are your project efforts focused primarily on youth and seniors?

Our kids will inherit this world, and whatever we do now to help them and give them the tools to do the right thing, the better our world will be with such leaders in time; and we must honor the seniors for their great effort whether raising kids, doing a job well, etc, and give them a helping hand since many can not afford the basics when they can no longer work. So they begin eating little cheap cans of food that any cat would go for, and linger in great loneliness, forgotten, and discarded. Why?
so, we look after them first. all other projects third, but in parallel…the work must begin on all fronts, not just the concentration of attention on just 2 elements of the whole.

What about helping disaster victims around the world?

What about that? We do have plans in place to buy mothballed warships and convert them to floating emergency stations deployable to any disaster site (for example).

Remember that projects abound in many directions, ideas, and concepts, but we just kinda sorta look after our future and our past first while concentrating on the present “now”. This effort must be full spectrum, and done by many, not just a handful of us. please join in, we do need you.

poof says.....I won't get into specifics, I will just tell you to be ready for whatever you intend to do, at the reception of your letter. people are happy on both sides of the ocean and in Asia, as the end has finally arrived. the sky isn't going to all the sudden be blue, sharks will be in the water, looking to prey upon those who receive. They can get it to you but you will have to use the common sense god gave you, after you access. Don't be acting like someone who's won the lottery and is broke in a year!
