Since I started my series on the Irish banks, there's been an outpouring of sympathizers, empathizers, consultants and analysts who have joined in to contribute information, data and insight to the efforts. The premise for my allegations came after a newspaper article was published on the 22nd of April 2012; Judge Mc Govern gave possession of my family home to AIB. The article in the Sunday Independent outlined the loss of my two brothers and mum and business. I asked publically for help and information, the response was overwhelming, one report was from an insider in the AIB who directed me to the Annual Banking Licence application form issued by the Central bank under the 1941-1989 Acts, which all Irish banks and international Banks trading in Ireland require. It became instantly clear that the bank had committed numerous criminal Acts in obtaining their Banking licence, as my statement to An Garda (Irish Police) shows below.

I immediately investigated the AIB financial records 2006-2009 and identified stark anomalies and omissions  all contrary to company law, but more important contrary to their legislative obligations in the renewal of the Banking Licence. So I added that in my appeal affidavits in the high courts of Ireland that the AIB had no locus standi (can send affidavits dated from 29th of June 212) finally on the 21st of January some eleven weeks ago Judge Dunne directed me to report to police.

I also sought Sine Fein to put by way of parliamentary question to Minister Michael Noonan the issue of illegality of banking Licences, Michael Noonan went as far as accepting that the IBRC had no valid Banking licence (which is a criminal Act) that was published in the Nama report.

I Thomas Darcy an Irish citizen aged eighteen years and older of 21 Myra Manor Kinsealy Co Dublin, Make this Statement of facts upon which I believe to be the truth.

I state the AIB plc as registered on the 21st of May 1997 in the companies office and holding themselves as conducting or being willing to conduct the business of banking in the Irish state subject to the statute law and regulations imposed by Central Bank of Ireland Acts of 1941-1989 and Company laws of 1963-2010 and the laws of this Irish state operated a Financial Institution for the periods between 2006- 2007-2008-2009 in contravention of the said laws.

I state the AIB plc operated without a perfected Banking Licence in contravention of the Central Bank Acts of 1941-1989 and further state the AIB plc on renewal of its legislated Annual Banking Licence with intent materially concealed and dishonestly omitted facts by false and misrepresentation in which to obtain said Banking licence.

I state the AIB plc contravened its legislated obligation to deposit securities to the Central Bank of Ireland in respect to its loan to deposit ratios and liquidity ratios under the Central Bank Acts of 1941-1989 on renewal of its Banking licence in accordance with statute law. I state the AIB plc with intent criminally ignored its mandatory obligation to inform the Central Bank of Ireland of Material facts and changes to its status and exposure as a Financial Institution as set forth in the Central Bank Acts of 1941-1989.

I state the omission of the aforementioned legislated securities and material changes were not reflected in the annual financial records of 2006-2007-2008-2009 by the AIB plc.

I state the AIB plc with intent contravened Company Law of the Irish State by omitting and concealing its mandatory obligations to produce a True annual financial reflection of its status. I state the AIB plc contravened its Memorandum and Articles of Association under Company law and statute law by issuing a false and misleading set of financial records to its shareholders for the periods of 2006-2007-2008-2009. I state the AIB plc was required by statute law to inform its shareholders of all material changes and exposures to the status of the company as required by law and with intent failed to do so. I seek An Garda Siochana to enforce the laws of this country as set forth in our enacted Constitution dated the 1st of July 1937 and bring criminal charges against the AIB plc its Directors and agents for the breaches and violations of the laws of this state.

There will come a time in the near future when you will have to make a decision as to whether to stand up for truth, or be a coward, and go with whatever you feel is the easier path. Let me assure you now, there is no easy path. The cabal has no intention of creating an easy path for anyone. When enough of you are prepared to stand together for truth and light, then the cabal will know, without doubt, that it has failed in its effort to establish the New World Order that it has spent years planning.

Ireland has just done this. The people of Ireland have come together en masse and have said a big NO! As a people, we refuse to comply with your demands. We want justice !

What is stopping other countries from coming together in this way. Ireland has created the template. They have led the way. The sooner other countries follow this example, the quicker all the suffering and fear caused by the banksters will be wiped out. There is a huge campaign going on (which involves many countries) to start World War 3. This, you can see on your televisions everyday. You are being fed so much disinformation, some of which is so ridiculous that it is hard to believe that some of you actually believe it. It is just history repeating itself over and over again. They just alter the world slightly; the name of the country changes, but it is always the same formula. Their attitude is that it has worked in the past, so why change it? The SHEEP fall for it every time. This is how controlled you are.


You need to clear your minds of all this propaganda. This can be done with meditation and by going into your hearts. Your minds have been manipulated to accept what you are told by those you believe rule you. It is important for your survival that you think with your heart and act with your heart. Leave all the mind controlled rubbish behind you. Become the sovereign beings you know that you are.

Pray for guidance and do not use the words of religions. Open your hearts and use your own words to connect with your spiritual side. Each one of you has an angel whose purpose is to be there for you. There are also spirit guides who have been assigned to help and guide you. You only have to ask. You may be surprised at the response you receive. All this can be done in the privacy of your own homes. All you need is to open your hearts to all possibilities. This is the most important step you can take at this time. It is time to become who you are - a spirit having an experience on Planet Earth. Your mission is to rescue the Earth from the evil ones who want it for themselves. You are responsible for each other. You must stand together: one for all and all for one.

The cabal knows no bounds. It has plans to control the SEEDS that produce your food. This cannot be allowed to happen. When on Earth, I did much research and lectured on this subject extensively. You must protect the Earth. You need to understand the extent to which they have destroyed your planet already. They could not have done this without your assistance.

How can you do this to your fellow man? You are actually doing it to yourselves as well. Can you not see this? You breathe their poison also. How can you look at yourselves in the mirror? When you do . . . what do you see? Are you not ashamed of what you do? What you are upholding is destroying humanity as well as your planet. Do not think for one moment that the cabal would stand up for you. You are not, nor could you ever be, one of them. They just use you. You sell your soul to them. One day this fact will become abundantly clear to you. Then, who will you look to, for help and support?

Your world is in crisis. This crisis is being carefully manipulated to cause as much pain and hardship as possible. You - the 99% - can change this situation overnight. Do not hide behind closed curtains hoping that it will go away. This is not going to happen. It is time to say, enough is enough. Find your voice: you do have one, so use it. All you need is love in your hearts. When you join together and feel the power of that love, you will be amazed at the beautiful energy it produces. You know exactly what I mean. You experience it at the Opera, when the music opens your hearts and souls. It is evident at great sporting events. This is the energy that happens when people come together with a common cause or purpose. Forget all the labels. Humanity needs to come together when one of you is attacked because it is an attack on all of you.

You have seen how the cabal has picked off one country after another. Who will stand up for you when they come for you? Do not leave it to the David Icke's of this world to fight your cause. Rather, follow his example and speak out for truth and justice. Connect with those of the light and be open to those who may need your assistance to see the light for themselves.

The Great Awakening is happening. Be part of it and enjoy it. The rewards are enormous.

All that was hidden from you will be brought to light. This is part of the process: it's all in hand. There are few on Earth who fully know and understand what was done to bring your planet under the control of the cabal. Your planet is surrounded by those who want to rescue you. The cabal will try to frighten you, by telling you that you are being attacked. But you know this is not true. They come in peace. They are your friends. Show no fear and stand in your truth. The cabal knows that its days are numbered, it cannot survive. It is based on lies and corruption. It is a house of cards that is ready to fall . . . and fall it will.

Veronica, I have talked many times in seance about the world of spirit. How amazing it is ! The word I used was glorious. Everything is thought, you do not need language. You experience harmony that surpasses all expectation and the love knows no bounds. The beauty and the color need to be experienced in order to comprehend them. One's family, friends, and ancestors, are all just a thought away. Everything is possible.

I watch over you, my dear, to guide you on your path. Many come to you, talking the good talk, offering help, but whose purpose is to disrupt and try to control you and your team. You must be aware and awake at all times. Check everyone who wants to get close to you. You know who you can trust and who you can depend upon.

Those with ulterior motives are being exposed and removed. Let the love of family, friends, humanity, and your planet, guide you to say NO to the cabal. Do not support their corrupt regime; then see for yourselves just how powerful they are ! Without your support, they are nothing: just empty vessels claiming to have the right to control you. It is up to all of you, now, to take back the power which you foolishly gave to them. It is the end of the road for them. Do not waste your energy being angry or revengeful. Pity them as you wave them goodbye.

THE most powerful civil servant in the Department of Finance is at the centre of controversy this weekend and under pressure to explain a series of emails in which he discussed with a key representative of the billionaire Barclay brothers their efforts to buy the loans of Irish property tycoon Paddy McKillen from the IBRC.

The Sunday Independent has seen copies of correspondence between the department's Secretary General, John Moran, and Richard Faber, a key representative of the Barclays, in which their efforts to acquire the debt of Mr McKillen from the bank are discussed.

Having only recently caused a national furore with his incendiary remarks that the number of home repossessions in Ireland was "unnaturally low", Mr Moran now faces serious allegations from Mr McKillen of engaging in an "inappropriate level of contact" and of exhibiting "inappropriate informality and familiarity" with the representative of the Barclays, the hugely wealthy owners of The Daily Telegraph with whom Mr McKillen remains locked in a titanic struggle for control of Coroin, the company behind the world-famous Claridge's, Connaught and Berkeley hotels.

Central to the Belfast-born businessman's charge against the Department of Finance chief is a chain of email correspondence between Mr Faber and Mr Moran and with his officials, in October 2011, at a time when the Barclays were attempting to buy Mr McKillen's loans from the IBRC.


Mr McKillen is alleging that the "tone and content" of this correspondence from Finance Minister Michael Noonan's most senior aide represents a clear breach of both the Civil Service Code of Standards and Behaviour and the 1995 Ethics in Public Office Act.

In one email sent on October 28, 2011 – a copy of which has been seen by the Sunday Independent – Mr Moran told Mr Faber that if he felt he was "not making the right progress for whatever reason with the IBRC", his colleagues, Michael Torpey and Danny Buckley, "remain at your disposal (as of course do I if you are unable to reach them)".

Responding to Mr Moran's message that same day, Mr Faber wrote: "Dear John, Thank you for getting back to me, and I am very grateful for your offer of support if required."

Contacted for comment on the matter last night, a spokeswoman for Mr McKillen told the Sunday Independent: "Mr McKillen is demanding a full explanation from the Department of Finance regarding what appear to be informal, supportive communications between the department and Richard Faber, a director of Ellerman Investments Limited, a company owned by the Barclay brothers.

"This documentation has only recently come to light following an application under the Freedom of Information Act, and suggests a surprising level of co-operation between the Government and English competitors of Mr McKillen.

"This relationship is in stark contrast to the hostile stance taken against Mr McKillen, an Irish citizen who has created numerous jobs and paid significant sums in taxes, together with other extensive contributions to the Irish economy.

"Mr McKillen believes he is entitled to, and is seeking, full and complete disclosure of all communications of this nature."

Separately, the Sunday Independent can confirm that Mr McKillen's request for an explanation was made directly to Finance Minister Michael Noonan in a letter sent by his lawyers on March 8 last.

A copy of that letter, which has been seen by this newspaper, shows that Mr McKillen's solicitors expressed their concern that the Department of Finance Secretary General John Moran and his senior staff "have not conducted their affairs in an open and transparent manner or impartially but have, in fact, engaged in inappropriate communication with Mr Faber on matters of the greatest importance to Mr McKillen".

Mr McKillen's lawyers allege in the same letter that this gave rise to a "legitimate concern" that they could be in breach of the civil service's Code of Standards and Behaviour, and of the 1995 Ethics in Public Office Act, which specifically obliges senior civil servants to conduct their affairs in accordance with the principles of fairness and transparency.

Commenting specifically on the matter of fairness, they noted what they considered to be a "stark contrast in tone and content" between the Department of Finance's correspondence with the Barclays' representative, Mr Faber, which they said showed "an inappropriate level of contact, and an inappropriate informality and familiarity", and its communications with Mr McKillen, which they said had been "conducted on a strictly formal basis as normally expected of correspondence emanating from senior government officials".

It is understood that Mr McKillen has requested that the Finance Minister confirm if it was "normal practice" for senior civil servants to make themselves "readily available to assist" those who were seeking to acquire the "performing loans of Irish taxpayers with Irish banks".

Asked yesterday if the Finance Minister had considered the allegations that were now being made against Mr Moran, a spokesman for the Department of Finance declined to make any comment on what he described as "correspondence received between the department and private individuals".

Asked for comment on the content of the emails, which had been sent between the Department of Finance's Secretary General and the Barclays' representative, Richard Faber, the spokesman said: "The department of finance would encourage any investor who is interested in purchasing assets in any of the covered institutions to bring forward proposals. The objective is to maximise the return to the Irish taxpayer by ensuring that all such proposals are considered."

Efforts by the Sunday Independent to contact Mr Moran directly at both his Dublin home and his office at the Department of Finance were unsuccessful. Calls to Mr Moran's mobile phone, meanwhile, rang out before going to his voicemail.

Had the Barclays been successful in their efforts to secure control of even a portion of Mr McKillen's debt from the IBRC, the costs for both the Belfast-born businessman and the Irish taxpayer could have been significant.

One source with an intimate knowledge of the matter told the Sunday Independent yesterday that the IBRC had decided against selling even a small portion of Mr McKillen's loans to the Barclay interests, for fear that the billionaire brothers would call those facilities in immediately, and in the process damage the bank's ability to recover the maximum amount possible from the Belfast-born property investor for the State.

Estimating the potential loss to the Irish taxpayer, the source said: "The bank would have taken an immediate hit on Claridge's and the other London hotels.

"Looking across McKillen's overall borrowings, the total loss to the State could have easily come in between €150m and €200m."
