To Rescue A Trapped Woman

About 40 Japanese commuters joined forces with railway staff to move a 70,550-pound train after a woman fell into the 8-inch gap between it and the platform.

They pushed the train so it was leaning back, allowing others to pull the woman free. The woman, in her mid-30s, had fallen to her waist and was not seriously injured, according to the AP.

The train, stopped at Tokyo's Minami-Urawka station, was delayed by just eight minutes, the Guardian reported.

The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth

These words may or may not speak to you.  They concern things I’ve seen in me as well as others close to me these last few days.  The intent is to shed some light on what feels unsettling and dark.  I hope it is a help to you.

Each summer since I was a little girl I’ve wondered “Where does the water come from?  And what is holding it back?”  This happens around hoses.  In a matter of seconds, this lightweight, empty hose in my hand transforms into a heavy one, holding a flood of coursing, rushing water.  This could only occur if the water was there all along, waiting to be released. With just the slightest adjustment of the handle, I find myself drenched.

 

It is like that with love.  It exists.  It is your life force waiting to be released. It is there always.  It exists as your natural state.  Unimpeded, it will flow from you like a fire hose.  Yet there is a spigot and we are accustomed to keeping it “off”. 

For most of us, “off” is our most familiar state.  We are so used to this in fact, that a constant state of “on” feels unrealistic, a little crazy, and false; more like delusion or a fairy tale than a real possibility.

This is not true, yet there is not a lot of evidence telling us what is.  It has been fed to you as an intentional “fact” of “real life”, meant to keep you enslaved.  If you think “off” is your natural state, you will not noticeall the times the spigot turns in that direction.  It will “feel” and “sound” and “look” familiar, perhaps even comfortable in some odd way.

It’s summer time.  Each day I feel the full force of “on” as I water our plants with the hose.  Watching the online community, my friends and family I see a whole lot of “off”.  Prominent light workers are either silent or sounding uncharacteristically fearful or negative.  It brings up the question once again – “Where does the love come from?  And what is holding it back?”

The love just is.  You don’t have to turn it on.  The only action that can alter its flow is the switch to turn it “off”.  What is your switch?  It’s some kind of fear.  Chances are, if any of these words resonate, you have been seeing it lately.  It is the thing you are here to work on, your Achilles heel.  This is the action being activated right now.

You see, the work you’ve been doing is having an effect.  We are in the final minutes of the game, and we are ahead.  It is working. Those that would like to retain control of the game are now pulling out all the stops.  They will not give up.  We have to persist.  This is no surprise and nothing new.  We are not finished. Keep on loving. It is what we do best and the one thing they have no remedy for.  It is really hard to turn off a fire hose.

The outcome has always been in your hands. When you listen to warnings and predictions, do so with a focus on action to take, not re-action or anxiety.  Today, those of you working to assist this shift may be having a tough time.  Old habits, fears, problems and triggers are surfacing – baiting you to react; this is an intentional effort to turn the spigot “off”.

An empowered populace cannot be controlled. In spite of all efforts to tell you otherwise – you know the truth of who you are.  You are the One you’ve been waiting for.

As I gaze at each of us, I see the beauty of the meek – the least likely perhaps to be a force for massive change and yet an unstoppable force is what we are.  We are tired, broke, brokenhearted and discouraged and yet we persist.  This is because we came here knowing the truth.  It is your knowing that will once and for all pin the spigot to “on”.

Recognize any and all familiar fears and self-talk.  These are the tools of your enslavement; they keep the hose turned “off”.  Yesterday, a conversation with our off world contact included some methods to keep the hose turned “on”.  Look for it here.

You know what to do.  This is what you came for.  We are not the majority, but our light and the ever present stream of our love is changing everything.  Let’s keep them always “on”.  It’s always been the plan, and it’s a heck of a lot more fun.  There are no manuals.  With our lights blazing, we will forge the path ourselves.  We are the One.

20/20

 

Hindsight is always 20/20.  One day we’ll look back and realize how each puzzle piece fit together.  This is the tale of a planet and her challenge to evolve with all of the beings and life she supports.  It cannot be known in its fullness except from a distance.  It incorporates creation and truth, agape and unity.

There is a message from Turkey from a few days ago where oneness is palpable.  The latest Off world Message describes humanity working day and night to protect and create a new world.    Some recent movie releases mirror what is going on with “Rise of The Guardians”, “Warm Bodies” and “Now You See Me”.

We are producing, acting and watching – changing things on the fly as we move through each moment.  The point here is that we have no instruction manual.  This is Improv folks.  No one here has done this yet.  We have to trust, to rely on our selves, our senses, our intuition and our feelings.  Today’s events force us to trust our heart.

We are accustomed to relying on our mind.  Please follow along and we’ll go on a virtual trip.  You’ll have to trust.  You’ll need headphones.  Close your eyes.  This takes less than 5 minutes.  Ready?

Our minds can be fooled, in this case, with sound.  Pictures and events are potent as well.  You’ve lived a lifetime of manipulation, coercion and programming and you’ve believed it was real, true and just “the way things are”.  Did you feel the clippers? Did you sort of jump at the very end?  Was any of it “real”?  Understand that your mind did that.  Your mind can be very convincing. 

Your heart is the basis of truth.  Use it as the point of discovery as well.  This may take some practice.  Good!  This is how we will change everything.  Your reward will be absolute knowing.  Your heart is the place we unite. I will meet you there.

It is happening in Turkey, unplanned and without warning.  They are actualizing Oneness in real time, with every heart beat. 

Deep within we know what to do.  Love.  This is our shift.  We hold the power to direct it.  Let’s do so.  Take 5 minutes more and imagine it happening precisely as you dream it to be.  Feel it.  Hear it.  Believe it.  There will be naysayers and those who refuse to believe it’s possible.  There will be attempts to distract your focus.  Keep at it. You are a master creator.  Creation is what you DO.

There is a quote attributed to Ghandi, which may in fact have first been said by labor leader Nicholas Klein in a 1914 address to a labor union congress (Biennial Convention, Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America, 1914.): “First they ignore you. Then they ridicule you. And then they attack you and want to burn you. And then they build monuments to you. And that is what is going to happen…”

You know the truth.  The power is yours.  A very slick trick is still being played and you can choose what to believe.  We are participating in virtual reality, without headphones, with our eyes wide open. (Remember the barber shop?)  It is easy to forget who is in control, it all seems so real.  It is us.  Choose love, peace, prosperity, unity, joy.  Choose with your heart and believe. 

See the change you want to be in the world.  You are the One and the time is now.

While we wait.

While we are waiting, let’s forgive.  Let’s forgive everyone.  Beginning with ourselves, we can change everything. You have most likely heard of Ho’oponopono.  Here is a link to a description:  Ho'oponopono 

 

 Essentially, there are four things to do/say/think.  These are simple statements, and it matters not in which order they are done.  They can be spoken aloud, written down, or whispered within. 

I am so sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

Thank you.

Their power rests in their simplicity.  These are ideas we are familiar with.  There is nothing to learn, no special posture or place is necessary.  They will have their effect regardless of form or volume.  Only sincerity is necessary.  You have to mean it.

A bloodless revolution is possible and each one of us is called to participate. We are becoming inundated with “truths” and “revelations” and “lies”.  None of these are easy to digest.  It is interesting to me how we are often so quick to judge our own kind.  Hatred is a virus and easily transferred with our emotion. 

You know better now.  It is these very emotions (fear, hatred, anger) that are harvested, and the very reason the horrors continue to be staged and seem to be escalating.  Those that would feed off of our fear are worried; they are seeing their own end.  It is coming.

We need do nothing but forgive.  Love is who we are.  We are called now to “stand up” and be only that which we are.  (I know this is a commercial for a soft drink, but the message is clear and relevant to the simplicity of revolution.)

 

We are One.  Let’s act like it.  In the days, weeks and months directly ahead we will be further challenged to hold our ground.  There is no one else who can do this.  I am seeing legions of us, “standing up” for forgiveness, no matter what the landscape.  This will change the world.

Shooting for Fantastic

Welcome to our 5^th day.  You probably don’t want to hear methods or ideas or best routes to our destination.  You probably just want to feel amazing.  We are shooting for fantastic.  Agape and Freedom promise spectacular.

Contemplating both, here’s what your day looks like:

You leap out of a warm comfortable bed.  Remember how you did that as a kid?  You can’t wait to see what comes next!  You run into the kitchen and enjoy a meal of fresh food, which you have plenty of.  You then spend the day engaged in DOing. 

Your “work” includes always your passion.  You are unrestricted in where you can do this and how you can do this and who you can do this with.  You are acknowledged for your unique brilliance and enjoy contributing.  Life is your stimulant.

What is absent are rules, requirements, debt.  There is nothing you “should” BE or DO.  You are Free to choose.

Love is not something you longing for – it is everywhere.  You may or may not live with a “significant other” but it won’t matter – all are significant for you.

You don’t have to hold on to Love with an iron grip.  You Trust.  Love is.  When you look into the eyes of humanity you see it there.  This is what fills you.

Excess amounts of anything are no longer necessary to complete and thrill you.  Living full out is your drug.  Loving absolutely is your high.

This way of life is ours today, if chosen.  No longer willing to commit to ownership and its resulting slavery systems, we must commit to ourselves.  Freedom is full time.  Love is constant focus.

We have to yank ourselves out of anything other than fantastic.  Tell ourselves the Truth until every corner of our BEing believes it, and shouts “Yes!”

You are a BEing of Light – embodied.  Source had a thought, an imagining, and you were shot forth.  The thought went like this “What would it be like to experience the fullness of creation as ( …fill in the blank )?” 

You are not your body or your role or your relationship or your failure or your success.  You are light, a bit of source, experiencing life.

There are no parts of you unworthy.  You are the stuff of Gods, Source in a human suit and beholden to none.  Commit to this Truth.  Look in the mirror and greet God.  Look around and say hello to the sacred.

Walk gently and with a deep knowing of respect, feel the Earth and all of us whom she supports.  Honor the task set forth when Source imagined you.  Create Amazing.  You are all that has ever been required.  You are enough. You are Eternal Essence Embodied.  Nothing could be more fantastic.  

What are you waiting for?  You are the One.

Watching you remember

Welcome to our 4^th day.  We are right between the beginning and the end of this Quest.  Consider unconditional self love.  Do you have it?  What is stopping you?

The words “but” and “if” and “when” and “almost” have no place in a sentence with Agape.  You either do or you don’t.  You can’t be a little bit pregnant.  You can’t be a little bit Agape.

It is the same with Freedom.  You can’t be partially Free.  Either someone else pulls your strings, or they don’t. 

You know now, the Truth.  The “other” only shows up as a reflection of your state of BEing.

So the questions come again – Are you Free?  Do you Love yourself?  Look around, you are surrounded with your answer.

You are looking for an unrestricted life.  Consider the birds.  When the spirit moves them, they fly.  Watch a toddler.  She wears, plays, sings and does whatever makes her feel fabulous.  She Loves her toes, her voice, her body, herself.  The bird flies Free.

There is Source.  Between you and Source is merely a thought – know yourself.  I AM.  Everything beyond that is experience and the reason you are here.  You are able to imagine yourself restricted or limited or unworthy.  Yet these are not reflections of Truth.  They are illusions.  Those mirrors have been taken down.

The Truth is Eternal Essence – the place where Gods hold hands.  It exists in exuberance, excitement, laughter, joy, passion, brilliance, Love.  It is Agape.  For the One you are loving without restraint has 7 billion Eternal Hearts.  They know who they BE.  They are watching you remember.

 What are you waiting for?  You are the One.

Earth Day Manifestation

And what does it mean to Love?  For Love is not what we’ve been told.  There are not amounts or kinds or degrees.  Love is what we are and what we do.  Love is the great equalizer, unifier and pacifier.  We have been restricted in our expressions so much that we’ve fallen into judgment.  A ridiculous thing.

Today is Earth Day.  On our minds are all things green.  Do any of us stand in judgment of a flower as it grows?  Do we say – this one should not grow so close to that one or those two should not cross pollinate.  No, yet we do so of ourselves.  A flower grows.  A human loves.

The fuel that enlivens us is the very thing that we are.  It is Love.  We Love.  Equally and Absolutely.  The judgments we’ve placed on our Loving are not because Love exists only in some places and in some relationships and in some amounts.  If the word “some” were true, then the words “none” and “more” would also apply.  They don’t.

There is Love.

There is never “none”.  We don’t Love one “more” than the other.  We Love.  Let go of words of judgment. 

You are Love.  A flower is a flower.  Despite its size, color or piece of real estate, it stands – always a flower.

Love has been confused with so many things – beauty, obedience, physical attraction, happiness, cooperation, ease, comfort.  It is none of these.  Love is core recognition of Truth.

When we allow ourselves judgments, they turn inevitably within – to the place where we find our harshest critic.  It is ourselves we are most afraid to Love. 

What would happen if we Loved ourselves without restraint?  How would it look to be okay with every disobedient, irreverent, awkward, rude, unattractive, sad, out of shape, lazy, broke, weird or uncooperative part of ourselves?  What kind of world would it be if there was unconditional, unrestricted loving?

Watch the wildflowers.  Stand in a room filled with little ones.  Witness the beauty of unrestrained growth and feel the energy of uninhibited passion.  This is your birthright. 

You spring from Source and from you Source is made manifest on Earth. 

All are watching.  What are you waiting for?  You are the One.

The other night there were three of us OPPT’ers having another marathon Skype phone chat. One of the many topics we covered was what it was like in our lives leading up to this now moment – where we are all meeting each other with grand enthusiasm, tearful celebrations, and laughing hysterically as we share some of our stories from B-OPPT (before OPPT) time. For so many years leading up to this A-OPPT time, we felt desperately alone and forgotten by Creation. Some of us, me included, still feel a need to unravel some of the old stories in order to acknowledge and validate our journey. I still keep thinking about the ones who carried the torch through the years and up to this final stage. The faith and courage of the early risers was of epic proportion and downright heroic. Spirit informed me that there were many of us. Knowing you were out there kept me going. Today we have arrived, which means we too can release the identities that we formed in order to be the lightworkers on ground zero, in our communities and in the trenches. Oh, we will always be helpers and we will continue to help now; it’s just time to let go of anything that defines us in context of the past – whatever that looks like in your life.

Back then, I thought I was completely alone with new eyes and ears – just as many of you felt, I know. Today, with this surge of awakening occurring in the collective, our context is rapidly changing. The ones who woke early and rose to watch the rising sun – seemingly alone – no longer have to identify ourselves as alone, and to pity ourselves as the “voice crying in the wilderness”. All of that is done now. So who are you now? Who am I? Our energy has been freed up to DO and BE beyond just being “the one who waits”, or the tortured artist, or the shamanistic spiritual advisor. We will certainly continue to create art and BE a spiritual demonstrator – but all that we create and share springs from this glorious new foundation and larger context of total freedom. ALL OF US ARE AWAKENING into this together. Imagine defining our passion(s) from the foundation of this KNOWING!

Today I am remembering more. And I am ecstatic to find many others who are remembering now too… rising into the Truth…  A message from the Angelics in 2004:

We want you to know that WE validate you every step of the way but you may not necessarily be able to value or honor the faint voice as it is at this time; albeit, we are still a golden murmur in your heart and growing louder by the minute.

We are the other you…coming Home. Who is coming home to whom? That is a good question – a tricky thing to translate. From our view, you have sent aspects of your Self out into other realms for study and research…AND you have never actually left Home. You have never actually left our side. Interesting concept is it not? You will laugh like you’ve never laughed before when you remember fully. This laughter will lift you to the frequency of ecstasy…the frequency that will bounce and carry you to the center of your Self.

We love you. We actually adore you. YOU are the heroes of this epic story. Yes. Feel that now. Embrace this truth…for it is the ultimate truth of who you are. Welcome Home.

Revolutionary Thought

You have come now to a knowing.  The things you are aware of today in this world would seem impossible or insane to some with eyes still shut. Seeing life as it is actually happening requires a willingness to change your perspective and in many things your entire belief system.  It demands an examination of everything your eyes see and most of what this society has told you was real.

Realize that all of life does not operate in this way.  The earth has been part of what some would call an evil plot yet evil is not a concept I adhere to or consider.  Life proceeds along its intended path and the results of choices are predictable if you step back far enough.

There was a video showing pattern formation resulting from choices made in a program called the “Game of Life”.  What it did not show was the effect of all the choices on the supporting structure it existed within.  It has a definite effect and it is the disregard for all of life that has brought this game to an end.  It is not because I AM displeased.  I AM never displeased.  I AM satisfied the game has run its course and before it destroys more than it is capable of replenishing – it must stop.

Balance is necessary in all things to achieve optimal results.  As in your life there is an understanding of appropriate amounts of different activities, so it is with all of creation.  There is truth is the statement “too much of a good thing”.  Your earth today does not enjoy a balanced state and if life is to continue on it – it must. 

You have woken up and discovered the necessity of extracting yourself from the slavery system.  As you do this, keep your heart open.  There has not been only dominance and control – there has always been those who have come to be a part of the control system who are there offering an alternative.  They are your whistle-blowers and in many cases, your unsung heroes.  They have spoken up for truth and have paid for it with their lives in many cases.  Every action taken results in further action.

Now you are called on to take action.  With this knowing of energetic exchange and creative potential comes responsibility.  Knowing your every thought builds life around you means that as you are watching each thought birth within – you can simultaneously notice its manifestation around you.

As you notice others and situations that bring up anger or sadness, resolve to see the potential for change and instead use the force of your emotion to create that change.  What you’ll find is a near instant effect.

You see the world is ripe for revolutionary thought.  There has been a dominance of very effective control of systems in the way of media, government, religion and education.  The infiltration is so deeply rooted as to be invisible.

A method that will counter and eventually change the nature of your reality is new thought.  This thought must become so much a part of you as to go unnoticed.  Today, for most of society, their root thought is fear.  This is what propels most action and although the action may look to change things, if it springs from fear it will not, not permanently.  Cosmetic changes will not satisfy.  What needs to be done is an altering at the core.  The reason for action must always be love.

A way to get there is to begin and end each day in a state of gratitude.  State what you are grateful for, specifically and completely until you are immersed in a state of appreciation for your life.

As the day proceeds and things come up that evoke fear or any negative response – STOP.  Internally look at the reaction and understand that this moment can only affect your energy if you allow it to.  Decide whether or not it is worth it. Invoke gratitude that you have the wisdom available to look objectively at this and in that state of appreciation – decide your next move.  Whether it is action or inaction you’ve already altered the fabric of your life.

An active and aware stance is going to be necessary for quite awhile.  We’ve been trained as slaves and impulsively react to most situations.  We are armed now with truth.  Our energetic compliance is no longer freely given.  Without a fight, these controllers will dissolve.  This is change at the core of creation.  It happens at the level of our heart and is thus permanent.

The world is ripe for revolutionary thought.  Appreciate every moment and watch the exponential effect it has.  There are no enemies held within a blanket of gratitude.  There is just One.

What are you waiting for?  You are the One.

A Party with God

Last night I spent an evening with God.  We chatted until early this morning.  Hard to believe, I know.  Yet I can tell you with certainty what God looks like.  I held him, laughed with him, hugged her and had a drink with her.  He cried, she showed me her quilt, he played for me his latest song, and he made dinner with me.  He said “I love you”, she told me a secret, he looked in my eyes and I heard him.  My house was full of God and long after the leaving, I was whispered to for several more hours.  In my next blog, I’ll share those whispers with you.

For now just contemplate the word God.  It sounds hierarchal.  Perhaps you find me presumptuous to make such a claim.  I mean, who has a party with God?  I do, every moment of my life.  What we’ve begun to call eternal heart, eternal essence, bits of source or eternal essence embodied is another way to claim godhood.

We are One.  We spring from Source.  We are eternal essence in physical form.  How do we speak of our Unity, our Oneness, our sacred selves without addressing the “G-word”?  It carries too much baggage to be productive or helpful to our awakening.

In order to accept the truth of our eternal selves, it becomes necessary that we lose the attachment to anything with power over us.  We must let go of ideas that there are right and wrong ways to express ourselves.  Life is an expression of eternal essence and looks upon itself without judgment.              

We are that life –ONE – walking around in human form – trying desperately to make sense of it all. 

Yesterday I spoke to God. It occurs to me that we need some new words so I can tell you about it in a way that you can hear me.  Hear me without saying I blaspheme or hallucinate.  I AM God.  And so ARE YOU. 

What are you waiting for?  You are the One.
