Many of you have have asked us to pass along your questions for ZAP to respond. Below are a few questions and answers that you may be extremely interested in.

Every week we hear "this is the week" for us to get deliveries, after a while we become immune to the propaganda. We see nothing week after week yet are asked to believe that all is going well and we will be greatly rewarded for our patience without any logic or reasoning behind the statements. You may see progress at higher levels moving funds all around the world but we need to see and hear some type of progress that we can monitor at our level to know it's real.

ALTHOUGH THIS IS PERFECTLY UNDERSTANDABLE, THROWING OUT SENSITIVE INFORMATION WHILE THE FORCES BATTLE BEHIND, WILL UPSET THE BALANCE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER. IF YOU WERE DOING BATTLE WITH A FOE, WOULD YOU WANT THAT FOE TO KNOW WHAT YOU WERE UP TO?

Why at this point in the process can't someone speak in "plain talk" and be more accurate on exactly where we are right now in the pay out process? With the events of the last few weeks behind us now please let us know our current status and provide your reasoning as to why you think we will be notified and an update on when.

THIS CAN NOT BE ABOUT THE MONEY, ALTHOUGH MONEY IS IMPORTANT TO BUY FOOD AND KEEP A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD. HOWEVER, RIGHT NOW, WE ARE ABOUT TO EXPERIENCE MASSIVE FUNDS RELEASES WHICH WILL BEGIN THE WEEK OF THE 8TH. THESE FUNDS RELEASES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE F&P THOUGH, AND ARE COMING FROM ANOTHER DIRECTION.



By what method will we be notified for F&P? Mail Carrier, Public Courier, Bank Courier or other?

COURIER PIGEON. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RECEIVING COOP, YOU WON’T GET THE NEWS…. IT WILL BE VIA SECURE MAIL DELIVERY. (SORRY, COULDN’T HELP THAT ONE) (I WAS THINKING OF SEMAPHORE THOUGH…)

When we are notified will it just be a number to call the bank and set up an appointment or other information? When we go into the bank to do our paperwork will we find out the schedule and the amount of our payout?

THIS IS INFORMATION I DO NOT KNOW. MY WORK IS AT A DIFFERENT LEVEL THAN THE F&P, BUT I DO HEAR SOME SALIENT DETAIL FROM TIME TO TIME AS IT CORRELATES TO MY WORK.

We have been told it could take 90 days to settle everyone. If this is true and since many are in immediate need, in your opinion, would we be able get a loan based on our future income if we find our payout to be several weeks or months away?

FROM MY UNDERSTANDING, IT IS A LUMP SUM PAYMENT. USE IMMEDIATELY, BUT REMEMBER, DON’T GET STUPID ABOUT IT…USE SOME FOR IMMEDIATE BILLS AND SOME STUFF, BUT KICK BACK AND REFLECT ON THE REST. BE WISE.

Many people have been involved in the PP for more than 10 yrs to 15 yrs when sign ups were closed. Yet you have commented that everyone will benefit from the PP. Are there any special benefits for those of us who have been involved and waiting for the last 10 yrs to 15 yrs for this to finally payout? Is it that we will be given cash pay outs through F&P and PP settlements to pay off our loans, salt some away and help others while people that will participate from now forward will not be receiving cash settlement funds but will be able to participate through volunteering to help with a humanitarian program? Please explain because some folks feel as though they have been waiting all these years for settlements and now new people will not have to wait and receive the same benefits.

REMEMBER FIRST AND FOREMOST IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. IT IS ABOUT PEOPLE AND THIS BLUE BALL WE CALL HOME. THOSE THAT RUSHED IN TO GET IN ON THE MONEY WAITED. THOSE THAT WAITED ON THE OUTSIDE DID NOT GO THROUGH THE DAILY ANXIETY OF “WHERE’S THE MONEY”. CONSIDER YOURSELF FORTUNATE. YOU DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE THAT DAILY BURDEN ON YOU. IN THE END, EVERYBODY WILL HAVE A PACKET OF MONEY TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR IMMEDIATE NEEDS, TAKE CARE OF BILLS, AND BREATHE, WITH THE ONES IN THE PROGRAMS RECEIVING FIRST. THEN WE ALL GET TO THE REAL WORK AT HAND: THE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, AND THIS IS WHERE I/WE COME IN WITH A HELPING HAND

Why were the RVs attached to the PP when that was not the original plan? THEY ARE NOT

It seems unfair that we have been made to wait on RVs when the F&P and the PP are ready to be paid out. AS ABOVE.

Nearly 200 hundred currencies have been agreed upon and are ready to RV why has it taken some long to prepare the Dinar and the Dong? Is it true that while the Dinar is approx. $3.42 in country and the Dinar currently being held by folks in the US will payout at a rate nearly double the $3.42 rate?

I AM NOT ALLOWED TO REVEAL THIS. BUT THE BASE RV POINT WILL BE ACROSS THE BOARD TO PREVENT ARBITRAGE.

How can Iraq afford to pay out such a high rate? Can the Iraqi economic system sustain such a high payout?

Are there any current or historical documents regarding the "Prophesies" or the "Divine Plan" that you can point us to so we can read and learn more about the history of the changes our planet is going through now?

OH BOY…I AM SURE THERE ARE, BUT I GET MY INFORMATION DIRECTLY FROM UPSTAIRS (WHERE WE WILL ALL END UP TOUCHING EVENTUALLY). THE URANTIA BOOK IS PRETTY GOOD FOR CLARITY AND FINDING OUT ABOUT OURSELVES, WHERE WE CAME FROM, WHAT WE ARE DOING HERE, ETC. THE DIVINE PLAN IS ABOUT EVOLUTION OF OUR HUMANITY, AND THE PRESERVATION OF LIFE (AND THE GENE POOL).

Are the changes going to be shared equally around the planet in order to put all countries on a more even keel? Will medical, mechanical and electronic advancements be readily shared around the planet?

YES AND YES…THAT IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT IN A BIG WAY.

Can you provide us with anymore news about the "Republic." Can you provide any news updates about returning to the original US Constitution?

NOPE. NOT YET. JULY 1 WILL BE INTERESTING THOUGH.

A California man facing more than a decade in prison for writing with chalk on public sidewalks has been told he’s barred from discussing the details of his controversial case outside of court.

Judge Howard Shore issued a gag-order in a San Diego, California courtroom this week against Jeff Olson, a 40-year-old activist that used washable children’s chalk to scribble anti-bank slogans in public space last year.

According to the San Diego Reader, the gag-order issued on Friday also applies to witnesses, members of the jury and potentially others, a measure that Truth-Out editor Mark Karlin said is “unprecedented” for a misdemeanor trial.

Olson has been charged with 13 misdemeanor counts of vandalism for chalking slogans such as “No Thanks, Big Banks" and "Shame on Bank of America" on the sidewalks outside of branches in the San Diego area throughout 2012. Now as the criminal trial against him wages on in Southern California, the defendant and anyone remotely involved in the case are reportedly muzzled by a ban that could bring media coverage of the case to a grinding halt.

The Reader reports that Judge Shore issued the gag-order during Friday’s hearing after expressing his discontent with comments Olson made about his potential sentencing. According to the charge sheet filed by the city of San Diego, Olson could be subjected to $13,000 in fines and a maximum of 13 years in prison if convicted, prompting the defendant to make a myriad of remarks in recent weeks, including one to the U-T San Diego newspaper that called the prosecution, “an unconstitutional overreach and a total waste of taxpayer money.”

Commenting to reporters on Friday, Judge Shore said a decade behind bars was “not going to happen” and insisted he “would be surprised if it ever happened to any defendant with no criminal record."

Shortly after those remarks, OIson read a note to the court that said in part, "This morning Judge Shore issued a gag order prohibiting all counsel and parties from commenting or expressing opinions on the case. All I am permitted to say is that I disagree."

As Karlin notes, Judge Shore’s issuing of the gag-order came just days after Olson told reporters, “My chalk drawings are clearly free speech and protected by the First Amendment.”

Speaking to CBS News previously, Olson defended his act of protest:

"Always on city sidewalks, washable chalk, never crude messages, never vulgar, clearly topical," he said.

Prosecutors in San Diego aren’t amused with his work, however, and have discounted Olson’s assertion that he was engaging in an act of free speech. Judge Shore said earlier in the week that Olson’s attorney is prohibited from "mentioning the First Amendment, free speech, free expression, public forum, expressive conduct or political speech during the trial,” but the issuing of a gag-order now limits much more than what was already decided.

Olson said that at the heart of his case is not the issue of vandalism, but an infringement on the right to free speech. He has accused San Diego City Attorney Jan Goldsmith of trying to stop him from talking because he has raked in heavy donations from the banks in the past, and is now reported to be eyeing a bid at the mayor’s role in 2016.

“Jan Goldsmith has received campaign contributions from Bank Americorp and Merrill Lynch. I think this is mostly about Goldsmith for Mayor 2016,” Olson told San Diego 6 News.

"If I had drawn a little girl's hopscotch squares on the street, we wouldn't be here today,” the activist added to KGTV News.

Bob Filner, the mayor of San Diego, issued a statement last week calling for the city to drop their case against Olson.

“This young man is being persecuted for thirteen counts of vandalism stemming from an expression of political protest that involved washable children's chalk on a City sidewalk,” Filner wrote. “It is alleged that he has no previous criminal record. If these assertions are correct, I believe this is a misuse and waste of taxpayer money. It could also be characterized as an abuse of power that infringes on First Amendment particularly when it is arbitrarily applied to some, but not all, similar speech.”

Goldsmith responded to the mayor’s claims by defending the prosecution, saying, “We prosecute vandalism and theft cases regardless of who the perpetrator or victim might be."

"We don't decide, for example, based upon whether we like or dislike banks," Goldsmith told the U-T San Diego website. "That would be wrong under the law and such a practice by law enforcement would change our society in very damaging ways."  (Did he just say that!  LOL!!! Washable chalk is vandalism? “Chalk-U-Py” Protest, Petitions Follow Judge’s Gag Order in Bank of America Graffiti Trial

Things are going out of control for City Attorney Jan Goldsmith. His office’s decision to prosecute 40 year old Jeff Olson for using children’s washable chalk to scrawl protests on sidewalks adjacent to Bank of America branch offices has garnered world wide notice. And it’s not the kind of publicity the Downtown Tourism folks appreciate.

A newly organized group calling itself Liberals for Liberty has announced plans to create a chalk mural of the Constitution with focus on the First Amendment in front of the San Diego Hall of Justice.  A Facebook page set up for the event calls for local artists to meet up Saturday (June 29th) at the courthouse, 330 West Broadway, San Diego.

At Change.org, a petition went up Friday morning calling upon City Attorney Jan Goldsmith to drop the prosecution of Jeff Olson for chalk graffiti, citing “an obvious abuse of power and a wasteful use of the resources of the City of San Diego.” The influential Daily Kos blog has also announced a petition, saying “prosecuting people who chalk political messages on vandalism charges is a blatant abuse of power.”

In the wake of a gag order by Judge Howard Shore prohibiting the defendant or any witnesses from speaking to any members of the media, coverage of the case has ballooned, with stories via both Reuters and Associated Press appearing in news outlets (including the New York Times) nationally and internationally.  Independently written accounts also appeared in newspapers as far away as Sweden.

A Recall Judge Howard Shore page on Facebook has gone live, joining the Recall Jan Goldsmith page, which has already gathered six times more signatures than a Recall Filner page

Over 90% of 650 +readers in a UT-San Diego online poll indicated they thought the prosecution on Jeff Olson was wrong

Meanwhile over at the San Diego Reader, reporter Dorian Hargrove, who originally broke the story, continues to provide excellent coverage of the trial. Unfortunately much of the national coverage of this story is based on a UT-San Diego story which failed to credit Hargrove’s reporting. From yesterday’s account:

At today’s hearing, Judge Shore didn’t stop at voicing his disappointment with the media coverage. He then turned his attention to Mayor Filner for his statements in support of the defendant’s right to free speech.

Shore said the Mayor was “irresponsible” for comments he made in a June 20 memo, as was reported here on June 23.

Shore also stated that the Mayor has no place injecting himself in court trials, regardless of his opinion on the case.

The trial, which is now underway, resulted from the contracted head of security for Bank of America in San Diego, Darell Freeman, leaning on his apparent former colleagues in the SD police department. Paige Hazard, deputy city attorney, informed Olson of the charges, after a prosecution referral was received from — get this — the city’s gang crimes unit. Olson had moved onto more personal pursuits months ago, but Freeman and the Bank of America didn’t like his disappearing chalk protests during the Occupy movement and. as in Les Miserables, were in unrelenting hot pursuit of the sidewalk protester.

The Judge’s ‘Dope’ Comments

Judge Howard Shore’s past has come into play, as commenters are remembering his role in a infamous San Diego medical marijuana prosecution.

 Back in 2009 County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis made headlines, touting more than 60 arrests in raids coordinated with the feds on pot dispensaries, dubbed “Operation Green Rx”. Of the two cases the DA chose to take to trial, both had resulted in acquittal.

From the SD Reader account of the case of Jovan Jackson:

Jackson was the former operator of the San Diego medical marijuana dispensary Answerdam Alternative Care Collective. It was the second trial in less than a year for Jackson, who was arrested in a multi-agency law enforcement raid in September 2009. Jacksonwas acquitted by a jury in December of marijuana possession and distribution charges stemming from a 2008 arrest. This time, however, District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis convinced Superior Court Judge Howard H. Shore to deny Jackson a medical marijuana defense, virtually assuring a conviction.

The OBRag reported that Jackson “was denied a defense and ultimately convicted. San Diego Superior Court Judge Howard Shore, … referred to medical marijuana as “dope,” and called California’s medical marijuana laws “a scam,” … sentenced Jackson to 180 days in jail.”

The case was overturned on appeal on Oct 24, 2012, a ruling which was published (meaning it became a legal precedent).

PARADIGM---BACK SUMMARY

In October of 2008, the Authorization Lead ordered an investigation to be launched to streamline internal operations and time management of the house and its members due to extreme amounts of waste being incurred as a result of large quantities of fraudulent "assets" being presented from the banking, trade, and finance industries. The original goals of the investigation were solely internal, and they were to:


Identify and assess the entry points of the fraud and reverse engineer to the origin source;
Assess and present options for an internal database that could be readily and easily updated from external sources to record and track perpetrators, vehicles used, and the instruments of fraud;
Identify and assess creative options and sources to supplement house in tel;
Review and strengthen house security protocols; Identify the possible global cause and effect that proposed internal solutions may have

Primary Investigations (Annex1): concluded approx. January of 2010.

Follow-Up Investigations: concluded approx. July of 2010.

Summary of Findings: The general entry points of fraudulent "assets" originally identified as the brokers and reverse engineering led to the origin source consisting of the highest levels of banking. Follow-up intel and tracking revealed that highest levels of banking [are] actually [the] general entry point and creator of fraudulent "assets".

'Assets" then generally given to brokers, directly or indirectly, and then taken back up through the system. This finding was supplemented and further supported with data obtained that banking officers were covertly sifting sensitive client information to selective external person(s), "groups", in finance industry for banker's personal enrichment. The cloaked external investment opportunity usually starts in generally one of three ways:
bank purporting to have "vetted" numerous potential investment opportunities, presenting their group, the group that "vetted" above all others to client;

leaking clients sensitive information so banker's partner could approach client externally, knowing and maneuvering client to ultimately come to the banker for on an "investment" opportunity that client had no idea was pre-arranged; or,

the banker trespasses on and utilizes client account/assets, without disclosure and without client's consent for such actions, in such a mann that it is virtually untraceable. The last option generally requires highest positions, in internal financial institutions to manage the lower employees, but also with with external institutions, privately held central banks, and government. Perpetrators use unsuspecting persons to implement compartmentalized parts of plan. Security Protocols were internally adjusted. Intel sources were consolidated. Intel operations were compartmentalized for security.  Global cause and effect of internal solutions significant as to house reputation in banking, trade, and finance industries and global government. Industry consensus = morality is not as profitable.

CONCLUSION: THE FRAUD AND CORRUPTION ARE TOO DEEP; THE EFFECTS GLOBAL; THE OF THE PRIVATELY HELD BANKING SYSTEM AS WE HAVE KNOWN IT FOR NEARLY LAST 100 YEARS, THE PRIVATE-MONEY-FOR PUBLIC-USE SYSTEM, HAVE ERODED THEIR OWN CREATION FUELED BY THEIR OWN GREED, TO THE POINT THE SYSTEM IS IMPLODING ON ITSELF; BANKING TOUCHES EVERY INDUSTRY, EVERY PERSON, EVERY ACTION ON THE PLANET AND THE EFFECTS ARE GLOBAL AND SYSTEMIC; THE BANKING SYSTEM IN ITS CURRENT FORM CANNOT SURVIVE THE EXPONENTIAL AND PERPETUAL AWAKENING OF THE COLLECTIVE CONSCIOUSNESS AS THE INHERENT POWER BALANCES THE INJUSTICE; THE PERPETRATORS' CONVERSION(S) OF THEIR PERSONAL ASSETS TO SUBSTANCE TO AVOID THE FINAL EQUITY CALL IS USELESS, AS SAID CONVERSION(S) ARE ALREADY DULY RECOGNIZED TO BE PURCHASED BY UNCLEAN FUNDS, FUNDS PRODUCED BY SLAVERY, TRACKED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.



In March of 2009, the Authorization Lead ordered the investigation's parameters to be expanded in correlation to the data gathered and obtained by the Investigation Lead. As the data base and comprehension expanded exponentially regarding the various systems and the extremely sensitive and restricted data, the Authorization Lead ordered the Investigation Lead to alter the goals to external, and they were to:

Present possible alternative solutions and strategies of implementation to maintain private banking system;

Identify the key vehicle the public could identify with to use as the forum to replace the dying private banking system that is private-money-for-public-use with the original public-money-for-private-use system;

Identify, assess, and test the weaknesses of key industries vital to the implementation of dying private banking system;

Preliminary Investigations*: concluded approx. February 2009.

Investigations Plan for Follow-Up***: concluded approx. March of 2009; testing forthwith implemented.

Summary of Findings: An old paradigm is at the end of its operation and existence. Its current central method of implementation bas been the private-money-for-public-use system and the "for-profit corporation" system. The original government in America was ingeniously converted and grudgingly accepted by other world Principals through threat, coercion, and force; Unknowingly accepted by the people of America and other world peoples, resulting in involuntary servitude; implemented and enforced by and through illegal and unconscionable, deceptive, non-transparent means and methods, void of any accountability.

Casualties are in the billions. Many possible alternative solutions for operating in the current private banking system were explored and policies and protocols were created, adjusted; of all tested-all failed.

Principal of the private banking system in America, most notably headed by the conservator, House of Rothschild, is finding that their own hidden intent, agendas, presumptions and arrogance, are being over-shadowed by those of their Agents, resulting in the self-destruction of the private banking system and global stability.

This would not be of concern to the head of the Principal nor the other world Principals, except that the public collective conscious has grown at rates unexpected and unpredicted to the point that their expected replacement system cannot be implemented without full out breach of peace and annihilation of the public by the Principals and their Agents. The agents have been permitted to some degree to practice breach of peace and annihilation when it served the purpose and intent of Principals, however, the Principals are now subject to victim of the breach of peace and annihilation. Dis-accord and greed within a Principal has always been a reality, but now the head of the Principal has the opportunity to see the level of power of political and financial influence of their Agents, often fueled by the junior membership or other world Principals. Regardless, ALL PRINCIPALS will find that the Agents, and junior membership, being at first necessary, then tolerable, are now unacceptable.

The most notable of the rogue Agents warned as the Texas Camp. All attempts to contain the Agents and their established networks have been time and resource intensive and an inconvenience to the head Principal and the other world Principals. ALL PRINCIPALS are going to realize that the Agents now pose a detriment and threat to the head of the Principal, and the other world Principals, and not just the pre-selection of humanity. The fraud cannot be controlled or eliminated in the private banking system because it is inherent in its existence.

The head of the Principal and other world Principals have lost control over its Agents due to the Agents addiction to self-interest, profit and arrogance. Inaction by ALL THE PRINCIPALS is their estoppel and destroys their ability for self-correction, threatening their viability and survivability.


As was discovered and proven repeatedly in American history prior to 1930's, a public-money-for-private-use banking system, implemented and enforced by the knowledgeable public and their government, and recognized and relied upon by the entire world, is the only solution to prevent the threat and abuse inherently existing in a private banking system.
The prior two tests of the private banking system concluded in a shorter life-span, due to swift public reaction by a knowledgeable and watchful public with enforcement of penalties against the agents of the Principal. Infiltration and manipulation of key industries were critical to the preservation of the final and current banking system: Education and Judicial.

At the time of the second test, the public and the judicial were cohesively one and the same. The judicial worked with an official hat, but they recognized under the hat they were one of the public. An educated public and a judicial that did not differentiate itself from the public was detrimental and key to the final destruction of the first two tested private bank systems. It was necessary to deconstruct a knowledgeable public and disassociate the judicial from their own public.
Media and Education Systems were key industries targeted to create an uneducated public. Slowly and methodically the industries were infiltrated and manipulated with adjustments made over a period of decades to address those who were familiar with the public interests and paradigms in order to reach the level of valueless and selective media we have now. Media holdings were consolidated to certain Agents to maintain and manipulate. With technological advancements, telecommunications was included as a key Industry to address.

The creation of the Internet was the most life changing and is still a key threat to the private banking system. The internet is the sole problem they have yet to contain. It is humorous that ALL PRINCIPLES acquire the talents of those to contain the internet and yet ALL PRINCIPALS are blinded by the arrogance of their own presumptions and have failed to recognize that the true masters of the technology, young to old, are inherently aware that the old paradigm has no purpose and are assisting aggressively, yet ever so covertly, in the shift to the new collective conscious paradigm.

The Judicial has been much more interesting to the Investigation Lead due to her background. The Judicial had to be made a partner as an uneducated Judicial was not a realistic or effective option. However, the Judicial was not as easy to infiltrate initially. Once "communism" quieted on American soil and the education and media industries were pretty much under control, real legal education, constitutional based, was covertly modified to the current system with the BAR's infiltration at the highest levels of Judicial appointment and is secured by the occupation of the highest positions of local, state and national authority agencies and corporations in America. This was not possible however, while the BAR was on the communist list. Investigations have been conducted in the past on the BAR and political and financial influence were used to quiet them; as is true with those who investigated the American bankruptcy, the Federal Reserve, etc, anyone who rejected or refused the political and financial influence were imprisoned, disappeared, terminated or discredited to the point of public annihilation.

Much intel has come from the head of the Principal's own house, the houses of other world Principals and usual intel sources of our house. The past level of commitment of the private banking system and its Principal is undeniable. The past prowess of negotiating and implementing the world acceptance of the private banking system has been genius and ruthless. The intent and actions required to implement and maintain it are abhorrent and have traditionally never been accepted by the public, when known by the public. Evidence of the premeditation, calculation, planning, and constant reassessment and adjustment used to preserve this last and current private banking system, and its Principal, are in the public forum. Selective agents of the public and watchers have tracked, monitored and vaulted the evidence until infrastructure and trustees came forward. Global intel also maintains records, waiting for the order. The beginnings of ALL PRINCIPALS, agencies, offices, and the general body of the original American government were not corrupt. The Principals, the agencies, offices, and the general body of the current American government, if corrupt, are only so through self-interest, profit and arrogance of the heirs, agents and assigns of the origin source of their existence.
The Authorization and Investigation Leads jointly identified the American mortgage issue* (see Annex 1) as the key vehicle the public could identify with to use as the forum to unite the people of the United States of America, and the people of the world, to replace the dying private banking system that is private-money-for-public-use with the public-money-for-private-use system. The Investigation and Authorization Lead discussed with members of the global team and agreed that the Investigation Lead was to remain in the states and use her own home as the test case; that the Investigation Lead was in a unique position to test and flush out the remaining points for discovery of eventual implementation of the public-money-for-private-use system and the reinstatement of true justice.


The public trustees initiated contact with the Investigation Lead on December 10, 2010, and gave details that they possibly not have known about the Authorization Lead, the Investigation Lead, the Swiss custodians of the public wealth, and details related to prior investigations and current issues plaguing the highest levels of trade, bank and finance.

By "social standards" review, they are the least likely to be in possession of this information. An extensive check with the Authorization Lead and intel sources proved the opposite. Per Authorization Lead's order, the trustees were invited to watch and assist at the tail end of the investigation in order for the Investigation Lead to establish an assessment of the trustees' competency, intent, and position. It was a mutual assessment that took place. Their intent was the same as the leads, if not more comprehensive as they included that the new banking system could only work and survive if the Judicial house in America operated on full transparency secured by the full personal liability of each Judicial officer, agent, and assign. Investigation Lead spent two months testing the Judicial House and investigating the current system of liability of its officers, agents and assigns. While generally the agents work under full personal liability and the judicial is required to be bonded, in practice, accountability and liability does not exist, ie. Codes and statutes require a bond to be posted before taking judicial or public office, however, private contracts, employment or other, contain "hold harmless clauses" or a simular immunity not disclosed to the public, and the lower levels are protected to a limited degree by restricting access and process of claims, which are self-administered by the counties where the judicial house resides and in conjunction with the Insurance Industry.

Investigation Lead reported findings and conclusions (identified herein) to Authorization Lead = resounding "Green Light" to prepare the forums for implementation of the public-money-for-private-use system, state and national levels. Individual report can be issued on foreclosure and judicial issues with greater detail.


CONCLUSION: (GLOBAL). THE PRIVATE BANKING SYSTEM IN AMERICA IS A THREAT TO STATE, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SECURITY. IT IS A THREAT TO HUMANITY WHO HAS BEEN ENSLAVED AND UNJUSTLY CONTRIBUTED TO THE SELECTIVE WEALTH OF THE PRINICIPALS. MORE INTERESTING, THE PRIVATE BANKING SYSTEM HAS BECOME A THREAT TO THE SECURITY ALL PRINCIPALS (HEAD OF THE PRINCIPAL OF THE AMERICAN PRIVATE BANKING SYSTEM AND
WORLD PRINCIPALS) THE THREAT CREATED BY THE UNCONTROLLABLE AGENTS CAN BE MITIGATED CONSIDERABLY BY AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALL PRINCIPALS AND THE public trustees. It was determined that although Sir John Bond was removed as HSBC Chairman for his previous tapping of client gold reserves and moved to the private banking arm, his infrastructure inside HSBC London main was not extinguished. Patrick Wang Shui Chung had access and opportunity for implementation and his operation ran internationally with damages to the public globally and intel reported terrorist ties and possible activity.

Peter Attia: Is the obesity crisis hiding a bigger problem?

Peter Attia has dedicated his medical career to investigating the relationship between nutrition, obesity and diabetes. A surgeon who developed metabolic syndrome himself despite the fact that he ate well and exercised often, Attia realized that our understanding of these important health issues may not actually be correct. He devoted himself to using vigorous scientific inquiry to test both our assumptions and new hypotheses through the Nutrition Science Initiative, the nonprofit he co-founded in 2012. Attia also writes the blog Eating Academy, which charts his own adventures in nutrition and examines scientific evidence surrounding food, weight loss and disease risk. Overall, he hopes to convince others that sharp increases in the rates of obesity and diabetes -- despite the fact that we are more culturally aware of these problems than ever -- might be a result of people being given the wrong information.

Attia came to this calling through an unusual path. While he was studying mechanical engineering as an undergrad, a personal experience led him to discover his passion for medicine. He enrolled at Stanford Medical School, and went on to a residency in general surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a post-doctoral fellowship at the National Cancer Institute. After his residency, he joined the consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he worked on healthcare and financial system problems. The most valuable skill he learned along the way: to ask bold questions about medical assumptions.

I'll never forget that day back in the spring of 2006. I was a surgical resident at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, taking emergency call. I got paged by the E.R. around 2 in the morning to come and see a woman with a diabetic ulcer on her foot. I can still remember sort of that smell of rotting flesh as I pulled the curtain back to see her. And everybody there agreed this woman was very sick and she needed to be in the hospital. That wasn't being asked. The question that was being asked of me was a different one, which was, did she also need an amputation?

Now, looking back on that night, I'd love so desperately to believe that I treated that woman on that night with the same empathy and compassion I'd shown the 27-year-old newlywed who came to the E.R. three nights earlier with lower back pain that turned out to be advanced pancreatic cancer. In her case, I knew there was nothing I could do that was actually going to save her life. The cancer was too advanced. But I was committed to making sure that I could do anything possible to make her stay more comfortable. I brought her a warm blanket and a cup of a coffee. I brought some for her parents. But more importantly, see, I passed no judgment on her, because obviously she had done nothing to bring this on herself. So why was it that, just a few nights later, as I stood in that same E.R. and determined that my diabetic patient did indeed need an amputation, why did I hold her in such bitter contempt?


You see, unlike the woman the night before, this woman had type 2 diabetes. She was fat. And we all know that's from eating too much and not exercising enough, right? I mean, how hard can it be? As I looked down at her in the bed, I thought to myself, if you just tried caring even a little bit, you wouldn't be in this situation at this moment with some doctor you've never met about to amputate your foot.

Why did I feel justified in judging her? I'd like to say I don't know. But I actually do. You see, in the hubris of my youth, I thought I had her all figured out. She ate too much. She got unlucky. She got diabetes. Case closed.

Ironically, at that time in my life, I was also doing cancer research, immune-based therapies for melanoma, to be specific, and in that world I was actually taught to question everything, to challenge all assumptions and hold them to the highest possible scientific standards. Yet when it came to a disease like diabetes that kills Americans eight times more frequently than melanoma, I never once questioned the conventional wisdom. I actually just assmed the pathologic sequence of events was settled science.

Three years later, I found out how wrong I was. But this time, I was the patient. Despite exercising three or four hours every single day, and following the food pyramid to the letter, I'd gained a lot of weight and developed something called metabolic syndrome. Some of you may have heard of this. I had become insulin-resistant.

You can think of insulin as this master hormone that controls what our body does with the foods we eat, whether we burn it or store it. This is called fuel partitioning in the lingo. Now failure to produce enough insulin is incompatible with life. And insulin resistance, as its name suggests, is when your cells get increasingly resistant to the effect of insulin trying to do its job. Once you're insulin-resistant, you're on your way to getting diabetes, which is what happens when your pancreas can't keep up with the resistance and make enough insulin. Now your blood sugar levels start to rise, and an entire cascade of pathologic events sort of spirals out of control that can lead to heart disease, cancer, even Alzheimer's disease, and amputations, just like that woman a few years earlier.

With that scare, I got busy changing my diet radically, adding and subtracting things most of you would find almost assuredly shocking. I did this and lost 40 pounds, weirdly while exercising less. I, as you can see, I guess I'm not overweight anymore. More importantly, I don't have insulin resistance.

But most important, I was left with these three burning questions that wouldn't go away: How did this happen to me if I was supposedly doing everything right? If the conventional wisdom about nutrition had failed me, was it possible it was failing someone else? And underlying these questions, I became almost maniacally obsessed in trying to understand the real relationship between obesity and insulin resistance.

Now, most researchers believe obesity is the cause of insulin resistance. Logically, then, if you want to treat insulin resistance, you get people to lose weight, right? You treat the obesity. But what if we have it backwards? What if obesity isn't the cause of insulin resistance at all? In fact, what if it's a symptom of a much deeper problem, the tip of a proverbial iceberg? I know it sounds crazy because we're obviously in the midst of an obesity epidemic, but hear me out. What if obesity is a coping mechanism for a far more sinister problem going on underneath the cell? I'm not suggesting that obesity is benign, but what I am suggesting is it may be the lesser of two metabolic evils.

You can think of insulin resistance as the reduced capacity of ourselves to partition fuel, as I alluded to a moment ago, taking those calories that we take in and burning some appropriately and storing some appropriately. When we become insulin-resistant, the homeostasis in that balance deviates from this state. So now, when insulin says to a cell, I want you to burn more energy than the cell considers safe, the cell, in effect, says, "No thanks, I'd actually rather store this energy." And because fat cells are actually missing most of the complex cellular machinery found in other cells, it's probably the safest place to store it. So for many of us, about 75 million Americans, the appropriate response to insulin resistance may actually be to store it as fat, not the reverse, getting insulin resistance in response to getting fat.

This is a really subtle distinction, but the implication could be profound. Consider the following analogy: Think of the bruise you get on your shin when you inadvertently bang your leg into the coffee table. Sure, the bruise hurts like hell, and you almost certainly don't like the discolored look, but we all know the bruise per se is not the problem. In fact, it's the opposite. It's a healthy response to the trauma, all of those immune cells rushing to the site of the injury to salvage cellular debris and prevent the spread of infection to elsewhere in the body. Now, imagine we thought bruises were the problem, and we evolved a giant medical establishment and a culture around treating bruises: masking creams, painkillers, you name it, all the while ignoring the fact that people are still banging their shins into coffee tables. How much better would we be if we treated the cause -- telling people to pay attention when they walk through the living room -- rather than the effect? Getting the cause and the effect right makes all the difference in the world. Getting it wrong, and the pharmaceutical industry can still do very well for its shareholders but nothing improves for the people with bruised shins. Cause and effect.

So what I'm suggesting is maybe we have the cause and effect wrong on obesity and insulin resistance. Maybe we should be asking ourselves, is it possible that insulin resistance causes weight gain and the diseases associated with obesity, at least in most people? What if being obese is just a metabolic response to something much more threatening, an underlying epidemic, the one we ought to be worried about?

Let's look at some suggestive facts. We know that 30 million obese Americans in the United States don't have insulin resistance. And by the way, they don't appear to be at any greater risk of disease than lean people. Conversely, we know that six million lean people in the United States are insulin-resistant, and by the way, they appear to be at even greater risk for those metabolic disease I mentioned a moment ago than their obese counterparts. Now I don't know why, but it might be because, in their case, their cells haven't actually figured out the right thing to do with that excess energy. So if you can be obese and not have insulin resistance, and you can be lean and have it, this suggests that obesity may just be a proxy for what's going on.

So what if we're fighting the wrong war, fighting obesity rather than insulin resistance? Even worse, what if blaming the obese means we're blaming the victims? What if some of our fundamental ideas about obesity are just wrong?

Personally, I can't afford the luxury of arrogance anymore, let alone the luxury of certainty. I have my own ideas about what could be at the heart of this, but I'm wide open to others. Now, my hypothesis, because everybody always asks me, is this. If you ask yourself, what's a cell trying to protect itself from when it becomes insulin resistant, the answer probably isn't too much food. It's more likely too much glucose: blood sugar. Now, we know that refined grains and starches elevate your blood sugar in the short run, and there's even reason to believe that sugar may lead to insulin resistance directly. So if you put these physiological processes to work, I'd hypothesize that it might be our increased intake of refined grains, sugars and starches that's driving this epidemic of obesity and diabetes, but through insulin resistance, you see, and not necessarily through just overeating and under-exercising.

When I lost my 40 pounds a few years ago, I did it simply by restricting those things, which admittedly suggests I have a bias based on my personal experience. But that doesn't mean my bias is wrong, and most important, all of this can be tested scientifically. But step one is accepting the possibility that our current beliefs about obesity, diabetes and insulin resistance could be wrong and therefore must be tested. I'm betting my career on this. Today, I devote all of my time to working on this problem, and I'll go wherever the science takes me. I've decided that what I can't and won't do anymore is pretend I have the answers when I don't. I've been humbled enough by all I don't know.

For the past year, I've been fortunate enough to work on this problem with the most amazing team of diabetes and obesity researchers in the country, and the best part is, just like Abraham Lincoln surrounded himself with a team of rivals, we've done the same thing. We've recruited a team of scientific rivals, the best and brightest who all have different hypotheses for what's at the heart of this epidemic. Some think it's too many calories consumed. Others think it's too much dietary fat. Others think it's too many refined grains and starches. But this team of multi-disciplinary, highly skeptical and exceedingly talented researchers do agree on two things. First, this problem is just simply too important to continue ignoring because we think we know the answer. And two, if we're willing to be wrong, if we're willing to challenge the conventional wisdom with the best experiments science can offer, we can solve this problem.

I know it's tempting to want an answer right now, some form of action or policy, some dietary prescription -- eat this, not that — but if we want to get it right, we're going to have to do much more rigorous science before we can write that prescription.

Briefly, to address this, our research program is focused around three meta-themes, or questions. First, how do the various foods we consume impact our metabolism, hormones and enzymes, and through what nuanced molecular mechanisms? Second, based on these insights, can people make the necessary changes in their diets in a way that's safe and practical to implement? And finally, once we identify what safe and practical changes people can make to their diet, how can we move their behavior in that direction so that it becomes more the default rather than the exception? Just because you know what to do doesn't mean you're always going to do it. Sometimes we have to put cues around people to make it easier, and believe it or not, that can be studied scientifically.

I don't know how this journey is going to end, but this much seems clear to me, at least: We can't keep blaming our overweight and diabetic patients like I did. Most of them actually want to do the right thing, but they have to know what that is, and it's got to work. I dream of a day when our patients can shed their excess pounds and cure themselves of insulin resistance, because as medical professionals, we've shed our excess mental baggage and cured ourselves of new idea resistance sufficiently to go back to our original ideals: open minds, the courage to throw out yesterday's ideas when they don't appear to be working, and the understanding that scientific truth isn't final, but constantly evolving. Staying true to that path will be better for our patients and better for science. If obesity is nothing more than a proxy for metabolic illness, what good does it do us to punish those with the proxy?

Sometimes I think back to that night in the E.R. seven years ago. I wish I could speak with that woman again. I'd like to tell her how sorry I am. I'd say, as a doctor, I delivered the best clinical care I could, but as a human being, I let you down. You didn't need my judgment and my contempt. You needed my empathy and compassion, and above all else, you needed a doctor who was willing to consider maybe you didn't let the system down. Maybe the system, of which I was a part, was letting you down. If you're watching this now, I hope you can forgive me.
